Went in to purchase a NEW Glock 48 9mm. We specifically and directly told the salesperson that we did not want a used gun. We then asked him if the gun we were looking at was BRAND NEW. He said yes and pointed to the display. The display said it was new (see photo), he said it was new, so we purchased the gun and drove 30 minutes back home. Once home, we opened the bag, took out the contents, and printed on the receipt was, "GLOCK 48 REFURB 9MM PISTOL"! (See photo). I'm not sure where they learned the meaning of the word refurbish, but in every dictionary I can find, it DOES NOT mean new. We went back to the store to request a refund and got every excuse in the book why it was new. "It's rebuilt to factory specifications," "It's like new," "It carries the same warranty as new," and my personal favorite, "It's just like new, but less expensive." After wasting the morning driving back and forth to the store and all the back and forth with them in front of their customers, they finally refunded our money. Buyer beware when purchasing firearms labeled "New" at this store!

    Great firearm store here.

No BS at this firearms store, very helpful staff, and well stocked with both new and used firearms. Didn't get a real chance to survey their ammo, but what we saw behind the counter looked plentiful given the lack of inventory we have seen at other shops. What set this experience above our expectations was the staff, specifically the very helpful gentleman named Kelly. He greeted us when we walked in, asked how we could help. We were there to get some gun values and had respectfully left our cased firearms in the car...rather than tote everything in and plop on the counter first thing. Kelly listend and told me to bring the firearms in, and he would take a look. I returned with my cased firearms, he asked if they were loaded and I responded no. I uncased the two pistols with slides locked back, and Kelly opened the case for the broken down shotgun we were looking have evaluated. Other gun stores have given us the serious run around when having these vintage pistols evaluated...not here. Kelly complimented us on the vintage pistols, and asked if we had any idea what we wanted for them? We stated our requested value, and he said he would be right back. After looking up the firearms he came back in less than 5 minutes with an extremely fair offer, which we accepted. Kelly took my AZ DL, had me sign a couple of state forms for FA transfers, gave us our cash, and we were in and out in under 30 minutes. If you are looking to have someone value firearms for trade or cash, this is the location. No BS, no long wait, no drop off and we will call you back...being respectful of their time also helped. Just don't walk in and dump a bunch of firearms on the counter...ask first if they have time. Given that firearms sales and most gun shops are very busy, this seems to be the appropriate approach. Kudos to Arizona Firearms for helping us quickly and efficiently. We will be back. Thanks Kelly!

This was my third stop on my quest to exercise my 2nd Amendment. It was also my final stop. The sales person whom assisted my was legit. I explained it was the first firearm I've purchased. He was very accommodating and wasn't pushy or fed up with my ignorance. Along with my brother-in-law, he was able to direct me to two firearms I eventually purchased. This will be the first place I stop the next time I'm in the market to purchase a firearm.

Employees could use a customer service training. Not sure how they sell firearms with employees not speaking to customers.

Quick, easy, no hassle transactions. Employees were awesome, honest. I like the fact that they didn't try to upsell me on anything.

Can you possibly give me the estimated price you'd pay for an old .22 revolver and what time you close please?

Anybody know what their cheapest AR's are and how much?

Just saw they closed permanently... well…read more.. 2/22- We went in to get info on a gun and potentially purchase a new pistol. We previously have purchased firearms from AlphaDog, as well as had their gunsmith work on a family members gun. All of our previous visits we had great experiences. However when my mother and I went in, we weren't acknowledged at all. We thought it was no problem, the guys behind the counter seemed to be talking to other customers. So we looked through the gun case and waited for them to finish up. One finished helping a customer in front of us, and was fidgeting with things behind the counter. We thought maybe he thought we were just browsing, so we walked over to the register line. He looked at us and walked away to the other side of the room without saying anything. So we waited a bit longer, and stood by the register for a good 5 minutes while the other employee chatted with another guy about a shooting competition or something like that. We weren't in any rush, and didn't think it was a big deal. We figured they were just busy finishing up previous orders/interactions and didn't interrupt. But as we were waiting, two younger teenage boys walked into the store and were immediately greeted and asked if they'd like to see anything off the wall or in the case. The employee who had walked away then handed them a rifle and started to discuss the firearms with them. My mom and I looked at each other and were wondering what was going on. It was weird to feel like you were invisible in a place where you have spent money before, and were actively hoping to spend more. Eventually the gentlemen who was chatting about a competition looked over and saw we hadn't been helped and answered some questions. He was really nice, but we were so off put by the interaction that we decided to purchase my firearm from somewhere else. As we were leaving the other employee finally seemed to realize we existed and said "goodbye!" as we left, which just drove the nail a little bit deeper. I understand that women aren't typically taken seriously in this hobby, but to experience being completely ignored first hand was a shock I have never dealt with before. When we were with a man this was never a problem, so we are assuming that was the issue. Weird experience, definitely won't be returning.

I went in looking for a concealed carry holster and asked an employee for help, clearly explaining…read morewhat I needed and the exact firearm model. He handed me a holster and confidently said, "This will work." When I went to pay, he asked for my ID -- for a holster. That made absolutely no sense. I later checked Arizona law, and an ID is not required to purchase a holster. To make things worse, once I got outside and opened the package, the holster didn't even fit my firearm. Then I checked their return policy and found out they won't accept returns once the package is opened. So I was sold the wrong product, asked for ID unnecessarily, and then stuck with an item I can't return. If you're going to offer help, at least make sure you're giving customers the correct product. Very disappointing experience.

The installation was executed flawlessly--precise, clean, and perfectly tuned for reliable performance. Huge thanks to East Valley Tactical for their exceptional service and expertise; they truly delivered top-tier workmanship on this specialized upgrade. The FRT has transformed the handling, delivering rapid semi-auto fire that's incredibly responsive. It took some getting used to (and yes, a bit more practice to manage the recoil and stay on target), but even in my initial sessions, I was able to connect with the target consistently once dialed in. My friends are already joking that I need to 'gain some weight' to better control the pushback--definitely a fun challenge ahead! East Valley Tactical's attention to detail and customer-focused approach made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend them for any B&T modifications, NFA work, or custom trigger installs. Professional, knowledgeable, and worth every penny. Thank you again!
