This facility is more then just an esthetician.to get a service done. This is a compound of health and wellness. I booked a tour to learn all about it. When I arrived to the desk met with Rose. She had a folder of all the information we were going to cover on services and pricing so I could focused in taking this all in. We took our time on the tour looking at each room and getting information on how to utilize under a spa pass, monthly membership or annual membership. There is a gym, a cafe, even an area to bring your laptop or books to have a quite space in a relaxing environment. On our tour we were even able to discuss the micro needing and Anteage with one of the technicians. Big fan of the salt rock and cryo offered. I have had great benefits from both of those services over the course of my lifetime. I.was so impressed after the tour I booked a facial for 1/26 and am looking forward to seeing how this compound can fit into my new world. Hard to put a price on wellness and happy to have health care benefits to do so. Purchased a spa pass $50.00 for the day to get you in the door and micro needling plus products Anteage $425.00. They do accept the HSA and FSA as well as credit cards for payment.

Gave them information on where I did sleep study and then waited to hear back from them. Finally called them back and was told that that company did nor deal with Medicare. They told me that they reached out to a company that excepted Medicare and that they placed the order and I should hear back from them shortly. Waited a few days , called the office back and told them that I hadn't heard back from anyone. The gave me the number and told me I could try contacting them myself. I called the C-Pap parts place and was told that the doctors office didn't give them the information they needed to fill the order. So I called the doctors office back and was told that they had sent ALL the paper work back to the parts place. Called the parts place back and was told they needed a signed order as to why this was medically necessary. Called doctors office back and was told I needed to contact my ENT doctor back or the place where I had the sleep study done. Told the lady that I didn't have a ENT doctor and that I had given them the name of the place where I had the sleep test done to begin with. They contacted them and found out that the sleep study place did not deal with Medicare. That's when the doctors officetold me the had contacted this outside company who sold parts ans delt with Medicare. Now Dr Gage'soffice is telling me that Dr Gage refused to sign off on me being able to get the parts I need for my C Pap machine. I have never delt with a more incompetent Doctor or doctors office staff. Stay clear of this man.

Their referral department policy is to wait until the day before the appointment to send it and normally it doesn't get there in time, Waste of your time and the specialist you waited a month to see. Getting the referral sent requires a lot of time calling and holding on phone for 20 minutes at a time- babysitting staff to do their job, for two days prior to your appointment. Was told they could not accommodate us and said a CT was necessary at the ER. This was after being sent here from the Crestwood location and we were told Kirkwood could see my daughter. The doctor gave conflicting information after speaking briefly to my daughter and we left completely clueless as to what we should do. An ER visit seemed silly but my daughter needed to be seen to rule out anything serious. Fortunately another urgent care got us in and daughter was diagnosed BY XRAY with a fractured nose and tested positive for the flu. It seemed SSM just wasn't that interested in treating my daughter although there were no other patients in the office. What a complete waste of time.

He had viewed my CT scans online when I was in the ER, so he knew my case. He examined, then presented the options and his recommendation. And we were on our way. Today he fixed my orbital blowout (yeah, that's what they call it) at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Rosenblum came to see me prior to surgery, and not a lot of surgeons do that. A fabulous personal touch. He was friendly, yet all business and entirely professional. He came in saying, "You look great with your broken face," which was a helpful ice-"breaker"!! He reviewed all my pre-op tests results thoroughly along with my whole "chart," was upbeat, and inspired optimism and great trust in his skills. After surgery, he met and talked with my friend who escorted me to Missouri Baptist Medical Center (friend or family for the driving situation is required), and gave her all the particulars, spending a good piece of time to explain everything. Kudos for that!! All-around, a top-notch, first-class physician and surgeon!
