Thank you Evelyn for amazing experience at Chanel. She was so genuine and nice helping me to get my first Chanel purchase. One time we were told by security that they dont carry any earrings so we left without even entering store because we though why to waste everybody time. I think sometimes security & judging reps are scaring people to come in. Month later me and my husband we went again and this time we were promptly greeted by Evelyn and she welcomed us to the store. She help me to find Christmas gift that I love. I am so happy with my first Chanel earrings and matching Brooch. Looks so elegant and I use it all the time now. Thank you Evelyn you are the sweetest! Girls ASK for Evelyn she will help you out!

If you are able, ask for Sahar at this location to help you! I purchased my first Chanel bag from her today and I couldn't be happier. I traveled all the way from Portland to see a specific bag I've been wanting and she was waiting for me to purchase it. I felt so welcomed and didn't experience pressure to buy like I do at a lot of luxury stores. She let me walk around and try on everything until I was content with my decision. I would absolutely make that 3 hour drive up again to see her!

I'm basing this review on an incident that happened to a friend which I witnessed personally. Details of the incident are attached to the photo included with this review. To cut a long story short, her siblings bought her a Chanel metallic bag for her 40th. All transactions happened over the phone as they live overseas. After wearing the bag for 1 hour, my friend Ghada noticed that the edges were chipped so she visited Nordstrom Seattle and they refused to exchange the item, refund it or even try to fix it! I was actually present with Ghada when she visited Nordstrom Seattle for the second time and witnessed how unprofessional and offensive the store manager was! Imagine a store manager telling a customer "You are not disclosing what really happened" !!!! And when I tried to reiterate her sentiments because Nordstrom was becoming extremely defensive the manager literally tells me that she is talking to Ghada and I should stay out if it...twice! Maybe if I wasn't veiled she would act differently. I wonder if any other veiled women/minorities faced this! After this horrible incident, we headed to Neiman Marcus and had such a different customer experience...we wanted to understand what their process would be like. Chanel @ Neiman Marcus told us the following regarding their store: 1) All goods purchased at their store have a 1 year guarantee to be fixed for free. Items will not be fixed after 5 years from purchase date 2) In case of any damage, the item is sent to Chanel to assess whether or not it can be fixed and how much the cost is (if any) because, and I'm quoting Neiman Marcus here, "they are not the leather experts". They don't describe items over the phone or send pictures of the product. The actual item needs to be inspected thoroughly and this process takes about 6 weeks. 3) Even though the item was not bought from their store and there were other customers to serve at the time we arrived, the sale representative took the time to explain everything to us and was very warm and welcoming. Now, on he other hand, what Nordstrom has to offer.. 1) No warranty 2) No clear process for handling damages. They apparently DESCRIBED what had happened to Chanel within 20 minutes and claim that Chanel said the item is not fixable. 3) Extremely offensive and unhelpful staff Before you make a hefty investment, I would do my research thoroughly...not just about the product but about what warranties/post sale services have to offer. I'm taking my future business to Neiman Marcus and no longer wish to deal with Nordstrom. How rude and unprofessional to say the least!

If it's not for Sahar, I would never in a million years buy from Chanel Nordstrom (Seattle, WA).

I had been…read moresearching near and far for a top hat for my groom for the last year, and was starting to freak out with only 2 months left. Not only did they talk us through how to measure his head at our home and all the specifications from our weirdly inspired vision of his wedding look, they rushed out and got his custom order made and ready with nearly 2 weeks to spare! They were wonderful, the hat was perfect, and it all worked out magically! Eternally grateful for you all! Thank you!

I bought these shoes, have worn them about 5-6 times in the past year and they're already flaking. And it took forever to get these shoes since I was sold one size 10 and once size 11 shoe. The missing shoe of my size was at the NOLA store. It took over a mo th to get to me and they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and made me drive to Seattle to pick up the shoe. Was willing to forgive and order again. Ordered $500 in shoes and they wanted to charge me $50 for shipping. I constantly emailed them questioning this huge fee with no response. So I took my business elsewhere after a couple of weeks. Then they called me acting like it was a surprise I cancelled the order. If you want any semblance of good customer service and quality products, you're better shopping online at other reputable companies

Sun May is one of those tchotchkes, knick-knacks, cutesy, maybe useful, and antique places that words can hardly describe. It is very small but well-stocked nonetheless. Connie is the proprietor who is cheerful to all who enters; her family has kept this shop going for generations. Even though she is open for only two(?) days a week, shoppers just know to come visit. It's almost legendary. Her regular visitors sit on the stool shooting the breeze with her while the rest of us trip on that same stool when it is vacant. It is a habitual thing that we just know will happen. The paper cranes outside and inside commemorate Donnie Chin, whose murder is not yet solved. Though I am not a regular shopper, it is always a pleasure to see what I can discover there. Being the start of lunar new year, Connie had horse themed cute items on hand. We selected a colorful horse and a ceramic ram for next year. Prices are reasonable. Come, shop, or just say a hello, Connie will welcome you.
