Bouquet. I think I paid like $75 or so.

Ordered a last minute bouquet for a friend in the hospital. Asked for purple and the arrangement was gorgeous!!! Quick and delightful service while placing my order and they delivered quick! Will be using them in the future!

I received my Valentine's Day today. They were sent early because I will be going out of town. They are the most gorgeous roses I have ever received. They are 32 inches high and the bouquet is enormous. I love the gorgeous little hearts on the bow. The greenery is beautiful. Such attention to detail. Every time I look at them, I just say to myself oh my gosh, these are just gorgeous!

Very friendly, gorgeous fresh flowers and arrangements. I believe it was the owner who helped me. He was very pleasant. Their arrangement for fall are beautiful and they have a huge assortment of fresh flowers. He gave me a rose and said thanks for stopping in. You can bet they will get future business from me!

    Pink roses. Gorgeous!

WOW! What GORGEOUS roses and beautifully boxed. Pink long stem roses. Brought my friend to tears. She never received a dozen roses in her life Than you Joe!

I ordered a sympathy arrangement online and it ended up they didn't have those particular flowers available. They reached out to me immediately and talked over a substitute with me. The arrangement they created was absolutely stunning and it made my friends day 100% brighter. 100% recommend.

    After 3 days :(

My boyfriend sent me flowers from Chaneys this week. The flowers died within 3 days of receiving them. I called to let the florist know since the flowers typically last 2 weeks. I was informed they used a new wholesaler this week, but they'd bring me a new arrangement that day. I gave them the chance to make it right; however I never received new flowers :( My dead flowers make me sad looking at them.

Chaney's exceeded my expectations with this lovely white spray and gold banner for my beloved aunt's funeral. Thank you!!

Backus Museum & Gallery and found it to be a very nice museum with an interesting story behind the artist. Admission was only $5 per person during our visit, and there is a parking lot directly in front of the museum, so parking and getting inside were both easy. The museum is all on one floor and is not particularly large, but there is quite a bit to see. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the layout of the museum, the different areas depicting parts of A.E. Backus's life and career, the artwork that was for sale, and the gift shop. There are numerous signs inside stating that photography is not allowed, so keep that in mind during your visit. One thing I would definitely recommend is watching the approximately 20-minute movie about Backus. It does a very good job of explaining his life, his attitude toward art, his work, and particularly his willingness to encourage and help other artists. I especially enjoyed learning about his relationship with and support of the group of African American artists who became known as the Florida Highwaymen. Backus was an excellent Florida landscape artist, but I found the story of how he helped and encouraged others to be just as interesting as his artwork. We enjoyed looking at the paintings and learning more about both him and Florida art history. Before you leave, make sure you also take a walk around the outside of the building because there is additional artwork there that would be easy to miss. Overall, this is a very nice small museum, reasonably priced, and well worth a visit while you are in Fort Pierce. Enjoy!

We spent a solid two hours there and it was enough to see everything this time of year. The only thing is they didn't have a "special"/rotating art exhibit so that may have shortened our time there some. If you're in the area then I recommend coming here. It's worth the money and the stop.

You can buy bagged bushels (or quarter or half bushels) of various varieties of oranges and grapefruit, as well as other locally grown produce. Their honeybell oranges (available only in January) are 'out-of-this-world'. They also have fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice at prices similar to grocery stores. Boudrias Groves can ship their citrus anywhere in the country. Given the advanced years of the owner and his wife, they have reduced their hours and open at 8:00am and now close at 4:30pm daily. Boudrias Grove is located in the half-mile stretch of Florida State Road 70 between I-95 and Florida's Turnpike, just across the street from the entrance/exit of the Turnpike. A must stop when in Fort Pierce.

The employee of the store seemed to be bothered that my family and I were speaking Spanish. The guy moved from behind the register and came and sat right next to us while we picked what juice to buy as if he was watching we Hispanics didn't steal anything. In a very rude manner the employee told us to "make sure you put that back in the right spot" . Bottom line is , the guy seemed to be another racist guy who just wanted us out of his store because we were speaking Spanish. Never coming back here again. And I will advice everyone to stay away from this close minded racist establishment
