The flowers I ordered a week ago for my cousins funeral were delivered 2 hours after the service began. I used this florid because my family was using it and was assured by Mae the flowers would be going out at 8:30 with the others going to the funeral home. She immediately handed the phone to a man when I called after the text saying they were out for delivery at 11:30, who definitely is unable to admit they messed up. I spent $231.00 on an arrangement they will never see. He said the church told him to take them to the house, but google showed they were delivered to the church at 12:00 (2 hours) past the beginning of the service. I would not gamble an important occasion because there is a chance they will drop the ball. The worst part is the guy maybe a manager or owner who made up several reasons why they were not going with the 8:30 flowers and did not take responsibility for what he did. Owner Alex is arrogant and pompous. His designer Lance, has no design sense what so ever. What you receive is not what you discussed and wanted. I cried all the way home today as I went to pick up a floral design for my hair for an Afternoon Tea for this afternoon. The piece he designed was garish, not colors we discussed nor flowers or materials. Very calmly, I told him I did not like it , not what I wanted and it was unacceptable. I left the store with no flowers and consequently did not attend the Tea I already paid for. The unbelievable part for me was , as I was walking to the door, owner Alex called out to me...HAVE A NICE DAY! I wanted to slap him. I turned around and explained to him that it was not possible as he RUINED not only my day, but my event. I never used this shop before, will not ever go there again and suggest you do not either. Used to be a great shop. But the new owners aren't friendly and they have no designers anymore! Way overpriced for half dead and very inexpensive flowers. A friend went to the store last week and there were 3 people working and not 1 said hi, can I help, nothing! Definitely not what it used to be. I received my Valentine's Day today. They were sent early because I will be going out of town. They are the most gorgeous roses I have ever received. They are 32 inches high and the bouquet is enormous. I love the gorgeous little hearts on the bow. The greenery is beautiful. Such attention to detail. Placed an order from their website and within a couple minutes they called to apologize for not having one type of flower in the picture. It actually worked out great because I told them the favorite colors of the recipient, and they customized the order for her. If anything, the result was more beautiful than the picture online. It was delivered very quickly and included a mix of open blooms and buds, so it will be beautiful for days. I would definitely order from them again. read more

After the last hold, she said that they would not do what I asked for the money I hoped to pay. She did not offer any other solutions.
