They are going to charge a cancellation fee because we did not inform them 48 hours in advance. I was pissed. Our daughter was sick and how am I supposed to know that we were going to end up at the hospital. I was yelling at them because this was not right. They had charged us every cancellation fee since February because our daughter got sick. Most doctor offices have a 24 hour cancellation policy not 48 hours. One pissed off costumer. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I was welcomed by the receptionist as soon as I walked in the door. Check-in was a breeze even though it was my first time there. I can't remember the hygienist name who cleaned my tooth, but she was super friendly and sweet. Then Dr Brandon Foster came in to check up on my teeth. BEST DENTIST EVER! He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and patient. He explained to me all the questions I had about my sensitive teeth without making me feel dumb. I'm so happy I finally found a good dentist I can look forward to 6 months now. Thank you Foster Dental!

Completely embarrassed and over four hours away from my dentist in NY, I immediately sought referrals to a dentist. Someone recommended Dr. White, and I have been going to see him ever since. When I had my "emergency," Dr. White fit me in the next day. Granted, I had to wait a while since I didn't have a formal appointment, but he was able to quickly fix my problem... And my teeth look great! In addition, I had crummy insurance at the time that was NY-based. Dr. White's staff made extensive calls and worked with the insurance company even though it clearly was not one of their preferred plans. Since then, I have been back for cleanings multiple times. Expect to hear funky music (not your typical elevator, lite FM music) in the halls. The cleanings are thorough yet not painful, and the staff will frequently explain any abnormalities and show what you should be doing better when brushing, flossing, etc. I never got the feeling that Dr. White was recommending procedures just for the sake of doing them. I would definitely recommend Dr. White! Even though I now live over an hour away from his offices, I still make the trek up to Lutherville when I can.

Dr White and his staff coordinated with Dr Eric Volk and his staff and made my entire appointment seamless between having the root canal and then crown work done in one swift step. The accommodations and degree of care between the two offices were unbelievably amazing, and I can not thank all of you enough. I had a filling that cracked suddenly, and he moves his schedule around to fit me in that day for repair. His office is open again with covid, and he said they've always taken it slow one patient at a time so scheduling and social distancing hasn't been a problem. I highly recommend his practice.

Despite the extra costs that came with these multiple appointments I paid for multiple services including the braces removal which was SO RUSHED THROUGH that when he thought he was finished he actually said "oh forgot one" and had to go back in, meanwhile his assistant Kelly is calling him the entire time he's in my mouth ,rushing him to help with something else. Finally I left with glue still left on my teeth from braces ( I had less than 10 brackets left and they rushed so much that this easy job became a lazy unfinished one). As I was finished the bracket removal appt the dental assistant asked if I needed something but was quickly hushed... this office just added to my fear of dental offices and money hungry care providers. When I tried to get the money back that was left on my account for other services that hadn't been completed ,I was told I need to come in to "discuss why i wanted a refund" again forcing me to miss time at work to come to the office for less than an hour. When I missed these refund discussion appointments that I was forced to make they held my money for missed appointments without doing anymore work to my teeth. Had to ultimately lose sooo much money and time and still had to find a dentist who could actually help (and finish getting glue off). The result was a dark, dull tooth that I saw in every photo. I met with several dentists about it over the years but they either wanted to do more work than I was comfortable with, it was too pricey for me at the time, or their front desk staff were less than easy to work with. I was referred to this practice by an orthodontist. She said this office is where she sent all of her patients for that final aesthetic touch-up after long courses of braces or Invisalign. She showed me some before and after photos, and I contacted this office for a consultation. They were able to schedule me via email which was extremely convenient. After a thorough consultation and discussion of my problem and possible solutions, I was offered a clear rate sheet outlining the cost of the procedures. It's not cheap, but as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. I'm happy to say that although the cost is high, the level of service and professionalism is as well. Dr. Dancykier encouraged me to be honest with him throughout the process, and when I decided that my temporary veneers were too long, it was easy to schedule an adjustment and re-mold so that the final results were perfect. Not once was I treated like a nuisance for asking questions or wanting changes made, which can be the case in a lot of other medical or dental settings. After getting my temporaries and final veneers, Dr. Dancykier contacted me to make sure I was happy with them, which I really appreciated. I may go back for one small adjustment, and it's nice to know that I can do that easily at this practice. Also, every single appointment I had here began on time, which was a nice added bonus on top of everything else.
