She's a customer service rep that calls you back when u request a call back from holding too long ..Not local..I can't make this up soon as I got off the phone maybe 5 minutes later I got a return call from the Joliet station which is where my package was last tracked from the Supervisor/Manager Miss Tanesha. So pleasant over the phone and sounded very eager to assist me. When I tell you she lifted my spirits. I nearly had a panic attack with how fast she called back there was no time..lolbvs. I can't explain what a blessing it is to have such kind hearted genuine people that care about customer service still around.She helped to resolve my issue faster than her call back.
