We were able to snag the last massages of the night. We didn't know we were supposed to book ahead, but we at least got in one service. I also did ear seeding for my lower back, hips, sciatica, and piriformis muscle. I also got chocolate samples, some had mushrooms in them. I also got a sample of red light therapy, which was relaxing, but the wine didn't mix well with it because I got a little nauseous afterwards. However, you get over that very quickly as everyone around you is doing the same thing. Hanna was the one who did my body scrub and she is one of the best that I've had. She was super gentle but really got in there and gave me a nice scrub. They have two different areas separated by men and women with a common area that we both share while wearing their provided uniform. They have a privates wet area that is separated by women and men. That's the area where you can shower and enjoy the Jacuzzi or the cold Plunge pool while being completely naked and getting the body scrubs. In the common area, they have a lounge where it's dimly lit calm and peaceful and you can just chill on the sofas. They also have 3 different saunas in the common area. They have light snacks, candy, water, and tea available. But would love to see more fresh fruits. Even though they share a large parking lot with the other businesses around them, it's very hard to find close parking nearby since they only have a few in front of their facility. Highly recommend getting there at least 30 minutes to an hour prior to your massage or body scrub time so that you can enjoy the wet area with the sauna and the Jacuzzis prior to getting your body scrub. I spent a good 3 hours there and I felt so relaxed after I was done.

They even have a bar to order drinks now that was cool, I wasn't sure on what to order from their menu so I asked this guy he was tall, blonde brown hair, and a personality that just made you feel like you were at home. He made me laugh which was really needed because I'm always so serious so to release and be chill was refreshing. He pointed me to a berry drink and that was phenomenal. So I decided to check this place out. I had the opportunity to have Kat as my massage therapist. She did say before the massage I am here to help with your pain and not hurting you. Hehe I was grateful for that statement. No pain no gain. Today my left shoulder pain is completely gone. Something Massage heights couldn't take away. I will be coming back for a monthly massage for circulation.

Almost all the girlies in my family have also tried them out because of how great they are. My mom and I got a couples deep tissue massage a few months ago and it wasn't very good. All of the women we had in the past weren't there anymore so we tried new massage therapists and we left disappointed. BUT we shared our thoughts with their team and for Mother's Day we went back and the therapists were so nice and made sure we left feeling amazing. Good lesson to give a biz a second chance.
