The first time I went in to try on dresses they were great. Really nice and helpful. I found two dresses I really liked but didn't decide that day so I went home to think on it. after about 2 days I reached out through Instagram to make another appointment the following Saturday at 4 (I live an hour away and am a teacher so could only go in on a Saturday). So the re-try on day comes and as soon as I come into the store I see the woman who helped me try on dresses the first time except she doesn't say anything to me and has an " oh sh**" look on her face and immediately starts looking on her computer. So the other woman took me and my family back to a try on area and goes back to the front with the girl who helped me the first time. After about 10 minutes past 4 they come out and say "unfortunately the girl who just left bought the dress that you wanted, we are sorry but that's what happens when you buy off the floor". I was completely caught off guard so my maid of honor asks if we could try on some that were similar and the woman states "well we are actually about to close but we can make another appointment" at this point everyone is looking at me and I'm kind of flustered so I say we'll let's go there isn't anything here for me. After about ten minutes of processing the situation it became more clear what really had happened. 1. My first visit nobody told me that this was a store that you buy off the floor, I had thought like previous stores that you ordered for your size, in fact I'm pretty positive the dress I came back to get was not in my size and I remember her saying when we get it in your size the straps would look better. She did not say "when we get it altered the straps would look better" 2. Their website would not let me book and we tried several times to call them, so we messaged through Instagram to ask if we could make an appointment and they said yes so we asked for the following Saturday at any time and they chose that Saturday at 4 and I live an hour away so it was literally the only thing we were going up for. When we arrived for the appointment it looked as if they had forgot I was coming in and when they looked up the dress I came back for they realized they had sold it and forgot to call or message to let me know before my appointment, and then spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to cover their as***. 3. When they came in and told me they literally just sold it, the more I think about it the harder I find it to believe because the girl who left didn't leave with a dress and they looked really flustered when I came in, like I said earlier that "oh sh**" moment. 4. I am not unreasonable, I can excuse an honest mistake of forgetting to contact me about the selling the dress, however it seemed like a last ditch effort lie to keep themselves from looking bad for the mistake they made. And on top of that, I did have an appointment scheduled at 4 to try on a dress, and when we asked if we could try on some similar dresses and were told "well we're about to close" that told me everything I needed to know. They didn't try to keep my business or consider doing anything to make my experience better and plus I did have an appointment at 4 and the store didn't close until 5, so it really felt like they were trying to get me out of the store as fast as possible because they messed up. Overall the lack of professionalism and customer service was what made this experience horrible for me. I feel like the situation could have been handled better, especially since wedding dress shopping is supposed to be a fun and memorable experience for a bride. If you are shopping for Wedding dresses I would consider going somewhere else. read more

Walked in and wasn't greeted. Was told where prom dresses we're and was left alone. I had to ask if I was allowed to take the dresses back and try them on. They pulled one dress for me and again left. Would not recommend this place at all terrible customer service. And terrible selection of dresses especially if your are a plus size gal. read more

Savannah at Bella Rose Norman was the absolute best!! She was so professional and chose the most stunning and perfect dresses. She took what I said and pulled the most beautiful dresses that were exactly what I envisioned. She also let me branch out to make sure I wasn't missing any styles that I would like better! She was so helpful and gave honest opinions when I asked and was so supportive. The dress selection is so diverse and any one will be able to find their dream dress here! I was honestly very hurt by this place and had a terrible experience. The girl helping me appeared apathetic and to not care at all. Even though I had an appointment, I showed up to a dressing room full of dresses that had been tried on that were strewn all over the floor. I'm normally not too picky so I didn't let that bother me. However, The consultant was very unhelpful and told me to look around and see what I might like while she cleaned up. I tried on a couple of dresses that were wayyy the wrong size (which I expected in a sample dress) and after liking them she tells me They are discontinued and I can purchase the one I'm wearing - which was ridiculous. If she had been paying attention she should have known not to let me try on a dress that would never fit me! After that I found a couple of dresses that I liked and tried them on, she literally said to me "well I guess there's nothing here for you". Meanwhile my mom and I were being so nice to her. I honestly felt like she didn't like me and didn't want to be there. Just bad vibes all around and I felt like a burden. I left in tears and immediately went back to a different bridal shop that made me feel valued! I would not recommend Bella Rose Norman to anyone!!! read more

I was not pleased with their customer service. It was ingenious My family and I decided to get my daughter fitted for a prom dress and needed measurements taken. We were greeted by a woman with black hair who was happy to take her measurements. My daughter tried on a dress that she thought she liked but after trying it on realized she didn't like it. However, we decided to ask another employee for measurements because the first women who greeted us were helping a young man for prom as well. This employee told us that we would have to pay $25 in order for my daughter to be measured and followed it up with sorry girl. She was very rude and not accommodating. read more

I believe the person I worked with was named Michelle and she was so nice and understood what I was looking for and it felt like she really took an interest in my wedding. I didn't end up getting my dress there but I had a great experience and ended up buying my (PINK!!!!) veil from them! read more

The only reason why I am giving Bella Rose 5 stars, is because I can't give them 10! Taylor was amazing, she helped me to find my perfect sparkling, lacy- dress and gorgeous accessories! We also ordered tuxedos, and the staff at Bella Rose went ABOVE and BEYOND, when his pants came in 3 sizes too big and they required a last-minute altering. Their entire staff understands the importance of your special day, and they work hard to ensure that no detail is missed. I had a horrible experience. I had to pull all of my own dresses. The girl helping seemed annoyed to have to help me into the dresses. None of them were anywhere near my size and they made no effort to clip me into them. Or even hold them to show me how they would look. At the end of my appointment she basically told me they didnt have anymore dresses for me to try on having only tried on 6 or so dresses. read more

If I could give this place a negative star I would. The lady that was "helping" me was not listening whatsoever. Also at one point all of the staff was gathered together and looking at me talking about me and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing I would like in the store. I had an appointment at 3:30 to try on wedding dresses. I show up on time to my appointment and they aren't ready for me. They stick me in the back on the formal side where there is no wedding dresses. I had to pull every dress on my own and try them on without their help. In my opinion they were very unprofessional and didn't do a very good job of helping their client. This is not what u wanted out of my first dress experience! read more

I've been to a couple of wedding boutiques now trying to find the perfect dress and they've all been good experiences until I came to the Bella rose in Norman. It was a horrible experience. One of my friends recommended the place so I thought I'd check it out but it was awful. The customer service is the worst - the girl that was helping me was so apathetic and not helpful. In the dressing room she wouldn't even help me on the gowns I had to put them on myself while she would face the other direction (which I didn't ask her to turn away) on top of that when we would go to the mirror she would not clip anything or fix my train she would just stand there and I would have to ask her to do things, at one point the mother of another bride to be came over to help fix the train of my dress because this girl wasn't doing anything. There were also 4 dresses she brought back into the room for me to try on but then she let me try on two and then decided herself I wouldn't like the other two and put them back without giving me a chance to try it on. It was such an awkward uncomfortable experience and I drove an hour to get to this location. read more

I loved my experience at Bella Rose in Edmond!! Megan helped me and had so much good input/ great suggestions for me. Everyone was very nice and super uplifting. I had gone to a couple of other bridal boutiques prior to Bella Rose and the difference in the selections was insane. I think Megan said they had ~400 dresses in house to try on. I came with 12 pictures of dresses that I liked to give her an idea of where to start and they had ALL OF THEM in stock for me to try on. The atmosphere was so fun and nice, everytime I walked out in a new dress, my consultants and others in the room hyped me and made me feel so beautiful! The sample sizes were wayyy too big on me (I'm a 00) but she clipped each one so carefully and perfectly. Also did a great job adjusting the necklines on every dress to show me a more accurate picture of how they would fit in the correct size. She stayed in the fitting rooms with me the whole time and made sure that I was happy with everything that I got. She pulled so many options and listened to what I loved and didn't love about every option, she helped me find my perfect dress that I absolutely love! Rachel the manager squeezed me in super last minute but made every step along the way so easy and special! LOVED THIS SHOP!!!!! They did an amazing job of finding me exactly what I was looking for! After a bridal store down the street canceled my appointment last minute, we walked into Bella Rose before they even opened not realizing they weren't open yet. We were met by the owners who after hearing our experience with the other shop, and that we had driven two hours to shop for the dress, managed to get me in same day! They set me up with Jeanette who was a doll to work with! She made me feel very comfortable while switching from dress to dress, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Jeanette made my entire wedding dress shopping experience more than I could have every expected! I am forever thankful to both her and the ownership of this shop for turning such a terrible experience into a lovely successful day!! Being in the customer service industry, I understand what it takes to make a lasting impression on people, and this shop did just that! Thank you for going above and beyond!!
