Picked up three dresses about a month ago, they could only locate two out of the three and…read moreinstead of actually looking for the third one they were too busy trying to set up a book signing event. They were unapologetic & told me to come back when they found it. While standing in there for 35 minutes, you can look around and see bugs, crawling out of the piles of trash, the clutter up to the ceiling, and overall lack of organization on all ends. Upon further inspection, one out of three dresses were damaged to the point of no return. This dress was an $1100 dress before alterations. I would never recommend this business to anyone, and if you do decide to go, make sure to inspect your consignment items before signing for them and if you're planning on buying, I would watch out for the clutter and the bugs.

When the owner saw me he walked up to me and said "that is not your size you are ripping it", I said "the rip was already there , but.." to which he responded "yea right". not only was this particular dress perfectly my size, but I have always been very careful when going shopping there, I don't wear make up when I try dresses, I don't try to force zippers, and I always follow the three at a time rule. His comment and demeanor were unnecessary and although I love the selection I will no longer be shopping there.

She found the dress she loved, took measurements, and we were ready to pay the 60% deposit, when they informed us of the price... over $1,000 OVER the stated budget! We left without the dress and a granddaughter who was almost in tears. I had no idea "bait and switch" was a thing at an upscale bridal boutique. So if you shop here, be aware and (regardless of whether it's gauche to do so) ASK THE PRICE BEFORE YOU FALL IN LOVE!!!
