I also know for a fact and will happily swear on a stack of bibles that Monica would never treat a client the way Tanza D. narrated on this platform. Yes "narrated" because anyone with sense can read her chapter-long review rife with inflated emotion, snark, and agitation and instantly know she's desperately vying for attention, #freestuff or simply being a keyboard jerktivist in efforts to diminish someone's livelihood. Tanza D. needs prayer and a conscience. Monica has been my stylist since 2012 and her work is professional, artistic, and accurate. She is very generous with her time and talents and she deserves the loyal and large number of clientele she has worked so hard to build. Any of her clients that read the one-star hit piece will know it's total BS. Also, read the other reviews here and see the truth. The truth is that Miss One-Star was agitated before her appointment and was looking to make a spectacle. It's just sad that someone like that can post such a phony rant unchecked. I hope Yelp removes her ridiculous story.

The salon is very cozy and relaxing. The salon chairs are comfy and it's not overly loud. I picked Jenn as my stylist based on her profile and expertise. WOW WOW. What a phenomenal person she is and more importantly her skill is flawless. She proceeded to do a very thorough consultation, she listened to what I wanted or thought I wanted. . She made great recommendations and I can say that by the end of the service I felt fantastic. Jenn is a master of her craft and I will be a loyal customer because of this outstanding service. This salon and its staff are lovely, so nice, and SO good at what they do. I was lucky to find Cara in September 2021 when I moved back to Houston. I needed a curly-hair, dry-cut and color/highlight pro; Cara goes above and beyond with helping me maintain a beautiful curly cut and color! She also got me through chemo through all of 2022. Cara was so supportive when my hair fell out, gave me an epic buzz cut, let me know when it was time to shave it off completely, and then stuck by me as my curls grew back out. She also always does a beautiful job on my hair color/root touch-up and highlights. 100/10 recommend Cara! On the few occasions when she has been unavailable, Rachel, Meg, and Jen have also been fantastic. Every time I'm at Bleach Salon, it's clear that many customers are regulars, all of the staff produce great cuts, and everyone is really nice. Also, their coffee is very, very good! :)
