What I thought was burning from the heat/friction or the nail file was in fact the destruction of my nail beds. Nikki did step in and fix the extensions which I really appreciated. She made them a little longer to cover up the now uncovered nail beds along the edges of my nail, and did a good job. But my nails are still very damaged, and now that I'm home picking things up/squeezing things hurts on almost every finger :( I'm glad others have had good experiences here but I will not go back.

I spent a lot of time (5 1/2hrs) and ALOT of money for these services. With in the 30min drive home lashes had fallen while i was driving, when I got home I noticed more and that I had visible loose lashes laying on my eye lid. I informed her immediately and she offered to replace/repair. With my pending schedule I informed her that I wouldn't be available for a while. We agreed on a date. By the next morning many many more had fallen off leaving obvious spaces and gaps. Informed her again of the situation. Keeping her abreast of the issues. By evening they were a disaster, just over 24hrs after having them applied. At this point I asked for a refund as I didn't feel confident of a reoccurrence. She refused and she also expressed some very colorful accusations against me. We have been in contact several times after the fact and yes I did again agree to allow her to redo them but upon further consideration of her very poor attitude towards my experience, and less than professional behavior after the fact, I again informed her that I was not confident that the same thing wouldn't happen again and requested a refund for the lash service only. She has refused, only will do a corrective service if there's an issue. Can't correct something that doesn't exist. Of course she blames me for not dropping everything in my schedule to have her fix the issue immediately. Even if I could have done as she wanted, the process would not have been a simple "fast fix" Refund still refused. Hopefully others have a more rewarding experience for the expense but my experience has been ugly and very discouraging. She also spoke poorly to me about another client who posted a bad review about her so I'm sure she will also do the same about me. She added more lashes "just because" which I was more than grateful for. Prior to leaving I was given information on after care. When I arrived for my appointment, the owner looked at me from across the salon and immediately said they couldn't take me because I "didn't like it the first time." This was said in front of other customers, which I found shocking, embarassing and unprofessional. I was so shocked and I responded that I was a first-time customer. He apologized said oh it's your first time? I think I confused you with someone else and told me to check in at the front about my appointment / making it clear he had made an assumption before even speaking with me. By that point, I no longer felt comfortable staying and left. Everyone can make mistakes, but treating a customer this way - especially publicly--m - is not acceptable. I'm still shocked at the audacity of this person to be able to treat a customer like this in front of everyone. If there had been any issue with anyone's previous visit, it should have been handled privately and professionally, not announced in front of a room full of people. Furthermore to deal with a new customer like this! No excuses for this because this shows a bad human being. No need to bring your business here. The price and rude and all they have going for them is being in a really nice location which will soon show everyone that they can't build a clientele with this sort of behavior.

However, all pricing is online to view when booking your appointment. I also like how you can separately tip using services like Venmo or Zelle. It all depends on which one your tech has. Also, you can enter from either the front or the back from the garage entrance. Parking is free, I believe under 3 hours. Overall I'll be back again in a few weeks for my pedi.
