Given that I have not been to Korea in approximately a decade (excluding the airport), it may be the best bingsu I can remember ever having. We got to try the matcha affogato, persimmon bingsu, and the injeolmi bingsu. I learned what an affogato was for the first time (they pour espresso into ice cream, so this was matcha poured into matcha ice cream) and that was yum but not what I would come back for. It also becomes soup lol. The stars of the show are the bingsu. In my many years eating shaved ice in various places, I have never had a persimmon bingsu and I am so glad that I got to try it. The persimmon flavor was light but delicious. Of the three other people here, this was their favorite. I loved this one but my favorite was the injeolmi - a lot of it is more milky because the injeolmi powder is at the top but I loved that. The texture of this bingsu was excellent - we all marveled at it. The cornflakes throughout were a stroke of genius. I love this place and lol I am not kidding, this place might be the reason I plan my next trip to Toronto. I am half kidding I guess but it would very much be a factor.
