The 2026 was given a $500 price reduction so it would have been the same as the 2024. He played stupid to try and get rid of the leftover. Trying to take advantage of the newbie didn't work because I did my research ahead of time. Wouldn't buy a thing from a place I can't trust. Going to give Crossbay in Bayshore a shot. Excellent reviews and a much larger stock. Would never recommend a shady business to anyone but my enemies.

One negative comment I do have is I spent about $1100 in the Spring over there chain sprocket all stuff.... anyway, my complaint is that after spending all that money there in the spring, I went back to have my chain tightened and I was told it's $15. In the process of starting the bike I broke the kick starter due to the high compression (caused as a result of replacing the head gasket incorrectly) This happened on camera of the shop and even with that I was charged for a new kick starter because "there is no way you could have broken it with the kick down it had to have hit on the peg" This I found funny as the kick starter and peg have been like this since I bought the bike in 2019 and that is the original kickstarter with original adjustments which I bought from Honda of Riverhead. Not only was turnaround slow, but work was lackluster at best.I truly wonder if it's more on the owner giving time constants to his mechanics for turn arounds as for a job like a valve adjustment you would expect them to at least start the bike after the work is done to check. However if it wasn't for me doing that I would have had to deal with all of this myself or god forbidden bring it back to HOR and waist more money.

The windshield does not fit right on it because different screws and grommets were used than original and it had messed up the fairing both inner and outer. This bike was supposed to be fixed at this dealership after an accident and it was not truly fixed it left a lot of problems and broken parts. I would never bring a bike there ever.

My share was about 25% of the proceeds from the sale. I regarded the settlement as perfectly unfair, and returned the check to HMS - with a letter that detailed my complaint. Again, months passed - awaiting any response. At length, HMS readily agreed to a revised settlement. Yet again, months elapsed until I received a new settlement check - with another letter of profuse apology for the delay. None of this would have occurred without my persistent effort to contact HMS - for information updates regarding the sale of the scooter. My year of contact with HMS leaves the impression of business practice that is almost unimaginably scattered and disorganized. I do not know why HMS appears to be so overwhelmed with routine business tasks. Still, I do not believe that HMS is engaged in any kind of deceptive business practice. Let's hope matters will improve at HMS. Meanwhile, customers would do well to expect the unexpected.
