They will not call you back when you leave a call back number so you don't have to stay on hold, they will change your appointment day and time without telling you and will blame someone in your home for changing it, and then after THEY changed the appointment time, they DON'T show up and when calling customer service about this, they disconnect the call before answering! When you call the other number listed on their website, they tell you they are the scheduling dept and refuse to help you even when you ask to speak to management!! They tell you the job has a lifetime warranty but obviously don't want to hold up to that. They hire people that have NO clue what they are doing otherwise I wouldn't need them to fix something for the second time in 6 years! Don't waste your time on this company!! Their commercials on tv are a joke as well as false advertising!

However, I reached out to them because they were one of the only places in possession of a specific material I discovered and badly wanted (which is discontinued and in short shrift) for a long-awaited counter replacement. A representative contacted me to inform me that they only installed in their state (which is to be expected for these services). However, the rep also located a similar business very close to where I live, a business that carries this line of products, and explained they might have the product. I spent a lot of time looking for this brand near me, and didn't find this business- which is why I was emailing SC from NYS. I never would have found it on my own (I am a relentless searcher and hadn't), and they didn't have to take time out to help out someone who can't use their services. But they did. This is a long review for a relatively to-the-side-of-the-point anecdote, but it's the kind of anecdote I'd like to know when deciding who to let touch my modest but well-loved house. We were on a timeline to get the work completed and his team was fantastic about that - from communicating about materials, to working on the weekend. We were thrilled that the project was completed two days early! We are so happy with the way the laundry room repairs came out -- floor replaced, walls repaired and beadboard added, and fresh contemporary paint (that's monorail silver!). She guided us through the whole process and whittled down the number of selections I had to make. I think the only thing I did entirely on my own was pick the paint color! And the installation team -- Jeff and Donnie -- were incredible. Jeff also made some great recommendations which improved the functionality of the bathroom considerably. A project that can be full of hassles turned out to be really easy. The finished bathroom is beautiful and functional.
