He blamed my motor's custom design for the issue, even though the real problem was his shop's failure to secure it properly. He eventually fixed it, but then called me just to gripe and complain about how he "wasted his time" on a "dumb motor." A professional shop should know how to follow basic safety specs the first time. The owner's lack of accountability and his aggressive attitude are completely unacceptable.
