Firstly we are absolutely thrilled with the Brinkley, quality, finish and engineering detail is really outstanding, We've had a few travel trailers before buying this 5th wheel and really cant comment enough about the quality of this RV. As per my previous review we were very happy with the entire sales process. Unfortunately we needed the assistance of Bretz and Brinkley to help resolve a painful issue we had with registering the RV out of state. A tedious and time consuming matter. The support I received from both Bretz and Brinkley was fantastic. A really big thank you to Ridge, Jessica and Kaylen for their assistance with this matter. Seriously your assistance was greatly appreciated. It's really great to know that after the check has been cashed and the RV leaves the lot that there is ongoing solid support. Once again thank you so much, I'm not sure how long it will be but one day when we are ready to upgrade our Brinkley, Bretz will be our first call.

Non completed and poor repairs made, (even though we were told "all had been completed...NOT!!!)…read more Bogus financing tactics, (we were told that the "10%" rate was simply an arbitrary number yet, when we went to sign the contract, they told us that "this was the best they could do." (We have over an 800 credit score) "We should have walked out right then and there." (our first mistake) Also, when we arrived to pickup our newly purchased RV, certain items which were supposed to be included had been removed by staff. (Again...Wish we would have left right then and there. (Second big mistake on my part) Consequently, we'll NEVER make another purchase from "BRETZ RV" again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Idaho Water Sports is the local Bennington Dealer. I needed some work done on my boat when I received it, such as adding a ski towbar and having it winterized. Usually, a boat or RV Dealership will prioritize the people who purchased directly from them over people who purchased somewhere else. However, that was not the case here. Bekah in the Service department got me in right away and was very pleasant to work with. Billy, the service manager was also very pleasant to work with. Both Becca and Billy were very helpful, friendly and professional. They obviously care about their customers. They got my boat in and out quickly and everything was done to perfection. If you're looking for a new boat or you're looking to have your boat serviced, I would highly recommend Idaho Water Sports.

After the purchase, he came with us to the lake not only once but twice! This certainly saved my marriage by helping my wife and I work out the kinks with getting the boat on and off the trailer. He spent quite a bit of time teaching us how to operate the ballast system and how to use all the accessories on the boat. Since the purchase, they have provided excellent service on our boat and have given us lots of great advice. We have had a lot of fun with our new MB! Allen Marsh sales office was open, but their shop was closed. I met Jeremy, and told him the situation, and he called several places around boise until he found me a set of springs. he went above and beyond, bringing us bottles of water while i was changing the spring. he was a true problem solver. i have rarely met or interacted with such a kind and helpful person. if you are looking to buy an RV or you need some service in Boise, I highly recommend Allen Marsh. These are some of the nicest people you will find anywhere.

Less than 30 minutes on the water and dead again would not auto stow. We have taken it to them twice once in the dead of winter to give them plenty of time to take to trouble shoot it and figure out what was wrong. It appears they did nothing though they charged us a pretty penny.

I brought my new boat here for a lower unit repair, and it was a nightmare. They missed a simple…read morebut critical safety step: they didn't "safety wire" the bolts. Because of this oversight, the entire lower unit almost fell off while I was out on the water with my wife and daughter. It was a terrifying experience that put my family in direct danger. When I took the boat back, instead of apologizing for the mistake, the owner was incredibly rude. He blamed my motor's custom design for the issue, even though the real problem was his shop's failure to secure it properly. He eventually fixed it, but then called me just to gripe and complain about how he "wasted his time" on a "dumb motor." A professional shop should know how to follow basic safety specs the first time. The owner's lack of accountability and his aggressive attitude are completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and the safety risk, take your boat somewhere else!
