They helped me with layout, install tips, of course loaded it for me. The job went well, but I'll say you should not attempt installing this unless you have lots of patience and watch the installs on social media first to pick up tips. Unfortunately there is lack of communication with the store and install. Right from the beginning I was told that I had to pay half down then when I went in for paperwork was told I needed to pay 100% up front and then wait for them to deliver and install weeks later. When install them showed up, they made every excuse to not install and delayed for 7 days. No one would communicate with me what was going on. I had to call the store everyday to see what was going on. Then I decided to not have store install floor and wanted refund for that amount. They then screwed around with what I should be refunded. The manager was nice enough and tried to help but process is competitive mismanaged. read more

I'm happy with our finished floors and the installers were wonderful, but the process as a whole and dealing with the store team was a nightmare. We received the wrong floors twice and I was repeatedly gaslit and told that I was being picky about the stairs matching the floor, only to find out that what we received was an entirely different product both times. Because of this, the three day installation quote turned into over a month of my three young children walking on subfloor and carpet staples while the floors were reordered. Nobody on the sales team seemed to be concerned about the safety impact of the situation despite my continuously expressing my concerns, and they would tell us the replacements would be overnighted only to have them delivered a week+ later with zero communication on the changes. We paid hefty delivery fees and yet we were asked to transport the incorrect product back to the store ourselves, multiple times. I haven't heard from anybody from the sales team or management since the installation was completed, and the remaining incorrect product is still sitting in a pile in my home over two weeks later, with no communication on when it will be picked up. The floors look nice but if I could go back in time I would go with another company solely for customer service reasons. read more

I received a response from lumber liquidators in and just made the situation worse. The lady called and left a voicemail saying that she would like an opportunity to make it right. I've called three times and her mailbox is full. I replied to her message and she never return my call. Customer Service in this store SUCKS! I was in store early one morning to buy flooring. I had to wait for the manager Chris to handle an irate customer on the phone. (in front of the store) When he got off no apologies for my waiting, Blank stare actually! I ask about flooring got a blunt answer no real sales going on here, his response its bamboo! Is it what you want or not? I mean really dude? no explanation. No sales protocol. I found flooring at another store with way better customer service! I went in to get my deposit from Lumber Liquidators the manager ran in the back like he did not want to wait on me! I waited again for him to come back 3 min later with a coffee in his hand. These guys are the BEST! I was shopping for laminate flooring for my home and after checking prices all over town, no one could beat them. My daughter and I spent almost 2 hours looking at the different options and our salesman John was super nice and patient. I found just what I wanted and it was on sale at an unbelievable price! Excellent customer service. Excellent pricing. We purchased an entire house full of wood flooring. It went on sale two weeks later and they credited us the difference. When we completed the floor, we had 13 unopened boxes. We returned them and they happily refunded our money for the unused product. We will definitely use them again.
