If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. Do NOT do business here. Please, I'm telling you now. So I set up an appointment two weeks in advance to get a simple part installed on my vehicle after getting confirmation on the phone that it was no problem. I could've done it in 20 minutes, but I don't have my tools. Came in on time, walked into the office to no greeting, just silence, said good morning, and the rude lady at the front office just starred at me saying nothing. After an awkward silence, I told her I was here for my appointment. She looked at her computer, and after 10 minutes she said she couldn't find my appointment. 10 minutes later she asked if she had called me to cancel the appointment. I said no ma'am, no one had called me. She said sorry we can't do that. I said it would have been nice for a phone call or a voicemail or something since I took off from work for this. She shrugged her shoulders. I work at Marathon and have multiple cars, and a lot of car guy friends,could have been good business for you guys, but not just no, but hell no, never again. I have been battling issues with my brakes for the last year. Chapman took the time to listen to what I had been through over the last year and did a very detailed inspection of the full brake system to finally be able to get my car back to normal and at half the cost of what I had budgeted for. Brought my old car in for an alignment and inspection to the front end. Gave them instructions about a toggle switch I have to power the fuel pump to start the car. After agreeing to have them repair the issues they found, I was called 3 days later saying the car would not start. They left the fuel pump on for 3 days causing it to burn up. This cost me a $200 tow home and a new $250 fuel pump causing me to drop the tank and fix what they ruined. Poor attention to detail is why I will never refer this place to anyone. read more

We chose this place after receiving referrals from others. We made an appointment on Monday to bring our truck in on Wednesday. We had a back brake issue. Communication was top notch Lauren kept us informed the entire time, in fact the best communication we have ever had at a mechanic shop, the price was reasonable and finished before the end of the day. I was very disappointed with my services. I went because my ac wasn't working. I was charged a great deal but still no ac. I was told to take it to the dealership and maybe they could fix it. I should have did that in the Beginning. But God sees all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And my dome lights won't go out, I had to take out the bulbs. Do Not Go To Chapmans Front End & Brakes. They robbed me of $75.00 that I shouldn't have had to pay. I took my car in for an alignment(ok it is a Mercedes) and it left pulling worse than when I put it in the shop. Then he tries to tell me, after he gets the car up in the air, oh we can't align these models of Mercedes. You should try changing your perfectly good tires. ha ha. I just gave them the money, took my, keys, and left. I contacted the BBB. That did no good, all he did was lie about it. read more

I have had two bad experiences recently with Chapmans. They quote one price and then charge another. I know it's hard to know everything that might go wrong but this seems to happen top often with them. I will not go back. read more
