Then midway i ordered another sandwich because they forgot to ring up this sandwich for the other person i came with. I asked them how long it would take and they said 5 minutes because the sandwich just had to be warmed. It took ten minutes and it was not warm. It was refrigerated temp cold. If the machines are not working they need to disclose that to the customer. Just be transparent so the customer can make an informed decision about what to order. We were the only two people there by the way. Because the second sandwich was cold, we didnt eat it and the to-go container was too small for it. I understand things happen and this is no reflection on the baristas that were working that day, however just be transparent with your customers. This is a good learning lesson is all. At the end they were kind about it but only after asking us if we liked everything. A bit of awareness and you should be able to tell its sub par service when a sandwich takes half hour at an empty cafe. The music i loved what they chose to play, however it was the same three songs on replay. I found that annoying, idk maybe thats just me. Also i was intrigued by the Avocado Toast, and its priced quite high, but its just avocado, feta, and some seasoning. Not worth the price. If there were some tomatoes and other things on it that would be a better menu option. Ok the good stuff... I had the lavender maple latte with cold foam and it was delicious, however $10. Thats expensive. The signature latte i tried also and it is good, very cardamom forward. The chicken caesar wrap was delicious and i got buffalo sauce on the side which was a good combo. I would for sure order this again. The space is nice and spacious lots of seating and comfy seating. I like there is a variety of seats, some round some square tables. And comfy lounge chairs by a fireplace. And a free water station is so nice. - After watching their opening journey online and their opening being delayed from last year to beginning of this year, im glad i got to finally try it! I dont live in this area but if i am around here again it's definitely worth to stop by there again.

The interior space is clean with comfortable furniture, friendly staff, great coffee and light snacks. I went on a Saturday, this place was busy. It took a few minutes but eventually a seat was available. This place was still clean, the staff was equally as friendly and the coffee and food were still onpoint! I consider myself a 'regular', it's so close to home and its a great place for me to read a book or work on my laptop during 'non-peak' hours.

It was around 10am on a Sunday and understandably there were a few people already in the shop, but the staff member felt a bit cold and overall, quite miserable. The coffee was pretty gross as well, which could be a byproduct of the barista hating that they were working that day. I am a sucker for a fun drink and wanted to try the cookie and cream latte, not knowing it was just a cup of milk with the smallest splash of coffee and mixed with crushed up cookies. I felt as if I was drinking a child's recipe, with each attempted sip clogging my straw due to the cookie pieces. If you don't like coffee this is great, because it tasted exactly like what was advertised - milk and cookies. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but my partner ordered something completely different and it didn't taste great either. The taste of burnt coffee was prominent, making it hard to consume as well. The one positive is the environment seems like a great place to work remotely / study, as that is what many patrons were doing. My friend tried the hot Biscoff Latte and also absolutely loved it-- Sooo many options on the menu and sweet treats to choose from (it can get overwhelming!) My only note is that they only had one person running the shop both times I visited and there was quite some traffic for one person to handle.
