You could tell they were fresh and expertly prepared. If you're looking for a great happy hour, lunch, brunch, or dinner, Oysterman is a great choice! After waiting and waiting with our table stacked up and ready to leave we finally walked inside to find some way to pay because the waitress was missing again. Paying was sorted out quick and while I can't speak to what was going on we were told good help is hard to find. While I don't mind paying the full bill and reflect service in tip accordingly, it was not even offered to take a small item like a drink off. In short it's not what it used to be.
