They also have hot sauces on the side if you are looking to add that kick! I can't really comment on the price, since events like July 4th usually result in higher prices. I had not hosted this many people at my house before so I specifically appreciated the guidance he provided throughout the planning process (timing etc.). The day of the event went off without a hitch, Joe and his exceptionally talented crew arrived exactly when they said they were going to and put out a great spread. I opted for traditional grilled food, so everything was cooked on site which was a nice added touch. Not having to worry about cooking or scrambling for utensils/plates/condiments really let us enjoy hosting without the hassle of manning a grill. They also cleaned up and took all the food related trash with them which was an added benefit. Food was delicious and several guests snagged a business card for their own future events.
