I love this place! Before it came, we had only one option of Greek food on the second street, and…read moreit was a restaurant in every sense of the word with prices to match. Food is so fresh which always matters but when you're getting a Greek rap with vegetables and falafel, the freshness is the most important thing. Service is cordial and simple and workers are expressing gratitude to the customers. I like the fact that it is on the corner with big open wall on each side of the street which especially helps not just for people watching when you eat but during the hot days. It's a big bright place and very clean. I do not find prices to be expensive for what you get. If you order combo with a wrap, french fries and drink it will be about $18, which these days is about right. I'm happy we have them in our community, very good place! Highly recommend if you like Greek food!

What showed up wasn't even close to what I ordered: Wrap #1 came with no fries at all. Wrap #2 didn't include the extra fries I paid for, and the fries that did arrive totaled about nine (9) scrawny little fries. I ordered three drinks--only one showed up. And then the final insult: the gyro had this weird, rancid taste and smell. I almost never leave comments, so imagine how pissed off I have to be to post this. This place SUCKS. I wish I could give it (0) stars. Don't bother.

I always find amazing deals. I like to "shop small" and support local establishments, of course, but it's nice to earn points for my Amazon account as well as find almost everything I need at decent prices in one stop. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, too. Their hot and salad bars, bakery, pizza bar and hot chicken sections are gone already, as they are closing in two weeks, BUT I found today when I shopped that they had cut prices dramatically on many, many items that I buy, and from healthy brands that I like. I spent very little for quality food items. That was always a plus here - they carry the mainstream brands, their own brand, some of the Whole Foods 365 brand, and many organic and hard to find brands at decent prices. I am sorry to see yet another grocery store leave this spot, though there are others in the area. I will continue to shop for deals until they close, and I hope others will take advantage of it as well.

The sound of the water and the dolphin family sculpture is so tranquil, and because I really connect with dolphins, it honestly felt like the perfect welcome. Right when you walk inside, the artwork in the glass displays pulls you in. It's creative, organized, and just visually nice to take in. As you wander further in, the large aquarium connected to the children's section is another standout -- it adds this calm, magical feel to the space. I grabbed a magazine and found a quiet window seat, and those 30 minutes of zero calls, zero texts, zero noise? Pure heaven. I didn't realize how much I missed just sitting and reading without a single interruption. Before heading out, I checked out the psychology and cooking sections, and it reminded me how much I've always loved libraries and bookstores. The whole visit made me want to get a library card and come back once a month just to enjoy that peaceful moment. I could've spent hours just checking out each section. If you want a quiet, beautiful place to escape for a bit, this library is it.

The library itself smells a bit moldy and it did trigger my allergies. The WiFi access wasn't available for me to use since I am not a Cerritos resident or a library card holder. What a bummer. The seeds library is nice and the 80s movie theater themed architecture interesting. I wouldn't mind visiting again if I am in the vicinity.
