We were greeted by the giant saltwater aquarium, which my boys went bananas over. Inside of the children's area, there's a plaque that provides the tank information. There are also plenty of places to sit and read, both quiet and more in the thick of things. Lots of tablets as well. And friendly staff. The library also has a really nice selection of books in certain languages. I wish they had Thai, but it was nice to see representation! I also really appreciate the audio tour. I didn't listen to it this round, but the fact that it's there and that there's so much on display really makes this library special. There's a dedicated YA area that requires a school ID to get into. They also have newspapers and a really snazzy reading room! Next time, I'll use it. While they have swag and books at the book shop, there was no one volunteering there when we went, so we didn't get a chance to go inside. Oh well, that just means we'll have to come back.
