Our salesman was Mike Novacich. He was absolutely fantastic. He knew his product, was nice to talk to, couldn't ask for better. However, their pricing shown online is completely false. The truck I went to go look at was just over $55,000. If I wanted to pay cash, they wanted to charge me an extra $3500. Without a Ford GMC OR Chevy trade in, it is $1500 more.... ‍ This place is a joke. Stay away and don't make the drive up here because the prices look cheap. They do that to get you there and then you find out all this nonsense. In all seriousness, our sales person, Mike Novacich was really good. If you can deal with the Dealers BS pricing strategies then you should deal with him if you can. If it would give me the option to give them a zero star, I would. I have been dealing with an issue on my old dodge truck for a minute now. Me and my mechanic were both baffled so I looked around for a dealer to diagnose my issue. I call all the ones by my house and I was told 3 and 4 weeks out before they could even look at my truck. Troy is a bit of a drive but I figured it was worth a try. Not only did they have an opening weeks before everyone else, they called me today because they have diagnosed the problem and the part will be in Monday. A week before they the day they originally quoted me. I probably will never own another Dodge but I would highly recommend Jake and the service department at this location. This is based on my experience with the service department. I've gone here close to 10 times for my regular maintenance oil change etc since I moved to the area. I usually get in and out fairly quick. I am always told what maintenance is due on my RAM and if I want to do that in conjunction with the oil change. They are transparent about the price if they tell me or if J ask. Service people are always professional and there to help. I purchased an oil change package from them and used 1 of the oil changes for my pickup. I traded vehicles shortly thereafter and just took my new pickup in for an oil change. When I checked in I specifically told them that "I have an oil change package, but this is a new truck that you have not seen before." Mike did not say anything at that time, but when I checked out I was told that the oil change packages are not transferrable between vehicles. Mike should have said something when I was checking in, not after the work was completed. The he had the gall to tell me that this is printed on my receipt, which was in the old truck that I sold 4 months ago. I have purchased 3 of these packages from them in the past and never once did Jill or anyone else who sold me a package say anything about it not being transferrable. This is nothing more that theft by omission. I've always put up with the attempted upsales and add-ons, but I will never trust them again. read more

I was pre-approved so I went out to look at a a car I saw on their website. They never showed me the car I came to look at and my credit told me that I wasn't approved. Sorry sent the pre-approval isn't worth the paper it's printed on and the salesman said yeah that's right. If you buy a used vehicle, make sure you take it to a reliable mechanic to check it out first. I would assume they check out vehicles at least a little before selling them. Problem #1 - the transmission was 3 quarts low. Seemed slightly low checking it in park, but when done properly checking it in neutral to engage torque converter, it was 3 qts low.. Problem #2 - Bad ball joints. It needed a wheel alignment. When I took it in to have it done, the shop told me it wouldn't be worth it because both upper ball joints are bad. Could not have it done before I headed home (1000 mile trip. Front tires need to be changed half way through the trip because of serious cupping. Salesman was good. Sales experience was good (why my rating is a 2 and not a 1). But if this is what their service department is like, have it checked out by a different mechanic and if you need your vehicle serviced, take it elsewhere. read more
