The practice does both adult and pediatric dentistry, and they are really, REALLY good with the youngsters as my son will attest to. Not only is he a proficient and caring dentist, his office is particularly adept at making sure your insurance covers the maximum amount possible. They certainly won't lie on your paperwork, but they are very good at knowing what individual policies do and do not cover, how much they'll cover, and how to code treatments in such a way as to protect your checkbook as much as possible. His practice seems much more patient driven than profit driven. I had a co-worker from PA chip a tooth at work a few years back. He was quite a drive from his dentist and in tremendous pain. I suggested he call Dr. Spielman. He had him in the office within the hour, and told him to pay him whenever he had the chance. Stories like this combined with excellent care feom the whole staff are why my whole family use Dr. Spielman as our dentist.

I have been with him and the practice for many, many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. At his practice, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help out in any way. I told my former dentist about this and he was shocked given that he had just taken my X-rays a few months ago. When I asked Ranee for my pre-filling X-rays she refused to provide them, and we therefore refused to pay. She didn't seem to care and to this day has not provided me with those X-rays. I have spoke to others who have seen her and they have also said she claimed to find a large number of cavities, however, when they asked for a second opinion at another dentist - ZERO cavities were found. She is a scam artist! Go see any other dentist besides her!

Instead of ending up with a good set of teeth, my daughter ended up with a cracked tooth. While removing the brackets that held the wire she shaved a part of the teeth which exposed the nerve. My daughter had to get a filling to numb the tooth sentivity. Please donot bring your child to her for braces. You will surely regret it for the rest of your life. She gets a hundred negative stars

I was able to do all the paperwork conveniently online before my appointment. Her approach to dentistry was a very refreshing outlook where she looked for the why & ways to prevent issues and approached dentistry with the whole body view in a holistic way. She explained everything in an extremely easy way to understand and digest. She was understanding of my concerns and what my goals were for my teeth. Her "comfort menu" offered at the beginning of the appointment was helpful in creating a relaxing environment (I've never seen this before). The overall office was top notch. They gave a full tour of the office instead of just taking me to my room which was so comforting. She had many alternative methods in her way to approach dentistry including ways of taking X-rays including CBCT. The new initial patient exam was informative & she explained the results in detail and how I can improve my dental, airway & sleep health. She tested my oxygen levels and airway as I was having breathing issues during sleep. Explained next steps in helping me with my airway and sleep. I elected to get Invisalign & the equipment she used (I believe called iTero) was comforting and quick to get instant feedback (no impressions needed). Everything was done right there on the spot and she showed how Invisalign can make my smile the way I want. Dr Artani offered traditional & alternative ways to getting fillings and explained me my options. I will definitely be bringing my kids here as well after Dr Artani explained about HealthyStart which will help my kids with early guided growth and sleeping/open mouth breathing issues.
