Back in 2024, the dentist convinced me that I needed four crowns on the same side. The experience…read morewas traumatic. I was in so much pain for several weeks. I had to return a week later for a replacement crown and was sensitive to cold and hot things ever since. Yesterday one of the crowns just popped off. I went to another dentist for obvious reasons. They told me that the crowns were never charged to my insurance. I am finding out that the dentist said it was for cosmetic reasons that I was given crowns. I was naive and not going through a good time when I agreed to this. I went to Burleson Dental off Wilshire and It was the best experience! The dentist was confused why I needed 4 crowns when I had great roots. Also it is confirmed the company just wanted their $12,000 payout. I am still trying to pay off this over $3000 bill that I had to pay. I am now convinced that Aspen Dental is the Great Clips of dentistry. Beware!

By far the worst mint location. I have been to the Dallas,…read moregrapevine, Arlington and now Burleson location. I've had amazing service at all other locations except this one. I am pregnant and they treated me like they have no knowledge or consideration at all when it comes to pregnancy. First, I requested to be at a small incline as it is not safe to be flat on your back. The DENTIST made multiple comments how that was uncomfortable for her because she would have to stand instead of sit during my filing. Making me feel like a total burden. Further, I waited a hour past my appointment to start my filling. Once started, she and the assistant talked about their relationships and religion and home life the whole time. It was extremely unprofessional. Then 1/2 way through the doctor told me she needed to go do other exams. So she left me 1/2 way done sitting there for another 20 -30 minutes to go work on other patients. So all in all , the appointment that should have taken 30 minutes took almost 2 hours. My advice, go to a dentist that actually cares about their work, and not their coming up vacation time. It's typically the office staff that are terrible and the doctors make up for it , but in this case, it clearly starts at the top and the staff follows along constantly apologizing for the dentist's behavior.

Not only is he gentle and patient, but he's also genuinely funny and has a way of lightening the mood without ever making you feel dismissed. He reassured me over and over that everything would be okay, explained each step in a way I could understand, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell he was truly meant to be a dentist...he has that rare combination of skill, compassion, and natural bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. I left feeling confident and safe in his care, which is something I never thought I'd say about a dental visit. Amy and Valerie, the dental assistants, were just as wonderful. They were warm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. They made sure I never felt embarrassed or rushed and kept me calm through the entire appointment. Kristalyn, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and so kind. She explained everything she was doing and made what I expected to be a stressful cleaning feel surprisingly easy. She never made me feel judged for how long it had been since my last visit. For anyone with dental anxiety or anyone who has avoided the dentist for years like I did -- this is the place to go.
