Back in 2024, the dentist convinced me that I needed four crowns on the same side. The experience was traumatic. I was in so much pain for several weeks. I had to return a week later for a replacement crown and was sensitive to cold and hot things ever since. Yesterday one of the crowns just popped off. I went to another dentist for obvious reasons. They told me that the crowns were never charged to my insurance. I am finding out that the dentist said it was for cosmetic reasons that I was given crowns. I was naive and not going through a good time when I agreed to this. I went to Burleson Dental off Wilshire and It was the best experience! The dentist was confused why I needed 4 crowns when I had great roots. Also it is confirmed the company just wanted their $12,000 payout. I am still trying to pay off this over $3000 bill that I had to pay. I am now convinced that Aspen Dental is the Great Clips of dentistry. Beware! read more

The receptionist needs to learn compassion. She walked away as I walked in, and I signed in. I sat waiting and was not acknowledged until I went back to the counter. So I'm not sure why the sign in sheet is there. While I was waiting for what was supposed to be my first appointment, I saw an interaction between the receptionist and an elderly man. She was acting irritated by him. He needed a tooth fixed that came off his dentures. She told him about all the extras they would have to do instead of just fixing the tooth. While talking he accidentally dropped the tooth on her lower counter. Where ever it landed, she acted annoyed and disgusted. She pushed something close to him, so he could dig around and get the tooth out. He had to stand on his toes to reach down and fuss with something to dig his tooth out. He also said that they had put in the wrong code for the dentures, and now his account is in collections. She did not look at him much at all during this encounter. After he left, I asked to pay some on his bill to help him out. She told me she would take care of him. I could tell she most likely would not. After hearing how they messed up his account, and how unhelpful and uncaring they are to their patients, I canceled my appointment and left. When a patient comes in they should be treated with kindness and compassion. Look at them when talking to them, and resolve the problem or get someone who will. read more

I gave them a bad review over my upper denture over a month ago. When I went back to get my lower denture repaired, they told me it was not repairable and magically my warranty was out so I would have to pay full price for a brand new one. I took it to a new dentist and lo and behold. It was repaired. Don't trust them! I saw their latest response and I want them to reread my post. They had their chance to make it right but it took another honest dentist to properly repair my partial. Like I said...they are dishonest and will cheat you to get more money out of you. read more

this company is terrible about following up on services. I've been trying to get a new quote on recommended services as I changed insurance companies and have been waiting weeks just to get a call back. their customer service team sucks. Definitely not going to give them my business. read more

Do not go to aspen! Make it the last option! It's hard to get ahold of them you have to go through multiple employees on the phone, they make you feel like their plans are the only option for payment or do get work done. No one in the office really knows what they are talking about or communicate with one another. I was told not to listen to what an employee suggested because they are a 3rd party. Don't go here if you are getting replacement dentures. Once they have your money they don't care about the fit if you have to go back more than 3 times. Lindsey is so friendly when you first come in but after you've been back multiple times to have adjustments done she's not so friendly! I can't remember the name of the dentist but he's really no better. read more

We had an er visit scheduled for a Thursday and they called and cancelled the day of, said they could see him Saturday ( how do you postpone an er visit for two days?) we went in Saturday and were told they could do the initial new patient visit but could not do the extraction because they were running behind!! Absolute worst dentist office I have ever dealt with. No empathy at all for the fact that my husband had already been in pain when they postponed the original appointment , but then to not do the procedure the second time but willing to take our money for just the new patient visit but not help lessen any his pain. Not his fault you are not on time!!! Will never attempt to go to this dentistry again. Would give zero stars but won't allow! read more

Payed for a dental cleaning & wisdom tooth removal . I was out on a care credit to help do monthly payments. But what has bothered me is that they NEVER reached back out to me with the surgical referral to get the last wisdom tooth removed . They also took moldings of my teeth but can't start that until I get the last wisdom tooth removal. Also it's been over a year since they've taken them out. I don't wanna keep paying a lot of money for treatments that I'm not getting . So im most likely going to look over my itemized bill & see if they can adjust , remove or reimburse me for stuff they're most likely not going todo. I'm happy they removed 3 but even the after care appointments were hard . I kept getting notifications of them changing my appointments & although the manager knew about my financial situation & that my parents might be able to help they always asked for full payment at the widow when I had 6 months to pay off about $800 out of pocket on their end . So I'm pretty sad & disappointed because one of my teeth is getting a cavity again and I'm freaking it out that it's because of the drilling they did ... read more

I'm having emergency surgery tomorrow and Aspen Dental won't grant me my X-rays for 7-14 business days. They waited to tell me this after I drove up to their office (in pain), because they wouldn't even allow me to ask for my X-rays over the phone. I do not recommend this facility- only as a last resort if there are no other choices. My visit lasted 5 hours. I visited because they consider themselves an emergency dentist on a weekday morning. My dentist has placed a temporary crown which began causing me pain. He traveled out of the state so I was unable to see him. My insurance is excellent so many options were available to Aspen Dental. Instead of replacing the tooth with a new crown, I was told I had to have a Root canal. Then after awhile I was told they were going to have to extract the tooth. They extracted the tooth and sewed it up. Even after all procedures done I developed Dry socket. Because of the trauma of 5 hours of dental procedures, losing a tooth, and needing antibiotics I chose to visit another emergency dentist for the dry socketing and follow up care. Bottom line- I feel that 5 hours of dental procedures is excessive. There was a great deal of pain, shots, and many X-rays. And instead of a crown, or a root canal that somehow they were unable to perform, they extracted the tooth. Now I have to have a dental implant costing between $4500 to $6000. My original decision to visit Aspen Clinic was a BAD decision. read more

I had been to Aspen dental a few times. Trusted them and paid a lot of money to have my teeth "deep" cleaned and few other supposedly necessary treatments. Came back for my next cleaning and was told I had periodontal disease and would need to come every 3 months and pay about $120 each time for the rest of my life. I left and found me a new dentist. No periodontal disease, no issues what so ever! Do not trust Aspen dental in Burleson. They are crooks. read more

I DO NOT recommend Aspen Dental. Very unsatisfactory work. They talked me into a lot of work very quickly. Very poor communication between the dentist and myself. I was told my 2nd bridge would be ready on a certain day. Not so. Hadn't even been started. Very unhappy with this team. Tried to have me come in every 3 months for cleaning. I wish I would have never entered their doors. I am definitely going back to my former dentist. Very costly mistake for me. read more

I went to aspen dental for an emergency tooth extract, I was scheduled for 6:00 pm, three hours later I was still there (with pain) after X-RAYS where taken and the doctor looked at them, I was told that the so called doctor was going to pull four teeth, I just had one that was causing the pain and he wanted to drag it out for ever. after all the BS, they wanted to charge me $11,000. I ask the kid that was supposed to be a dentist doctor that, all I wanted was one tooth pulled because it was hurting, He said it was the law that he had to to pull all rotten teeth or none at all. I know that's not true, I don't know if the other aspen dental offices are working in the same manner, I'm referring to the one off the I-35 freeway anyway I left that place at 9:08 pm same way I got there, in (PAIN) I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you're gullible person read more

This place will trick you and overcharge you for everything! A simple cleaning that is covered by your insurance will cost you a ton. Their excuse for EVERYTHING is "your insurance didn't cover it". Which is nuts because every place that I have been to has been covered by my insurance. Would never recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY. read more

They promise you the world but once you pay your nothing to them. Wish I had never gone to Aspen Dental. My dentures are ill fitting and uncomfortable. They told me to be patient, that I had to give my gums a chance to mold to them, and they would do everything including remarking them if I wasn't happy. They LIED. I have complained but they say since the suction works, they won't do anything. They were too big and did NOT fit from the very beginning, so they just added more material which almost chokes me as my mouth is too full of denture and not enough space to eat properly. Food gets under the denture and I have had to take them out, wash them off to finish eating sometimes. Don't waste your money. read more

They bill for care that is covered by insurance, going round and round until I have to call the insurance and together call Aspen and settle with the new office manager and all is good after several calls. This office has bad customer service. 4 people were waiting at the door 10 til 8 for their appointment. The staff did not open the doors until 8:06. I did not get checked in until 8:12 for an 8 o'clock appointment. Then they say you owe money ... Customer service is a 1 star. read more

I absolutely love, love, loved this place. I made my appearance online in pain at 2am! It was quick & easy! I received a call early Morning from front desk clerk! I was surprised people aren't usually so friendly early in the am. But I scheduled a late appointment I went in from the time I approached the desk I seen nothing but smiling faces. Everyone was so concerned with my pain & me feeling better was top priority! My X-ray were made to be easy because she went the extra mile of getting help so she didn't have to cause additional pain! Dr Tariq was very informative & made sure I understood what as well as why I needed certain treatments! I will be back next week as my plan helps me with fees & scheduling! I got the "best " dentures, they have broken twice in about a year. good thing I had some backup bc it takes a act of god to get some made, bc every time I've gone in they can't repair them so they have to make new ones. never once did they ask me if I had other teeth so I could eat! I'm not one who can eat without them so I don't understand how they expected me to eat ? they cancelled 2 appointments in a month with the last one which I was a few miles (out of 42 1 way ) from the facility! I don't have an endless amount of free time to go anytime of the week! I paid over 3000. for this service and I feel like I'm getting the run around! you can do what you want as far as dental work, I'm sure they get it right sometimes but for me? I'm not going to renew after my 7 year warranty is up. I lost my teeth bc of cancer treatments and it has and still is a pain! just be careful and hopefully you get better service than I have been getting read more

They charged us for something that was never discussed to be purchased. When me and my husband got our treatment plan. We both have $135.00 oral b genius electric brush. Again something that wasn't even discussed with us. This is financial trust issue. Thank god I actually went over the treatment plan unlike my husband and I pointed out the charges to Alexis and and she took care of it. But they just didn't care. read more

I recently went to this office since I have been long overdue for an exam and cleaning due to the pandemic. I was also interested in getting my teeth bleached in which they offer zoom whitening. Dr. Choi and her staff were very knowledgeable in explaining everything. I felt cared for and I never felt more comfortable at a dental office. I was able to get my cleaning done today and I can't wait to finish the rest of my treatment plan! read more
