Stopping in for a cold beer and that's what we got. Service was friendly, beers seemed a little overpriced but it's a tourist town, so... Ambiance is dive bar / day drinking, no pretension, liked it.

I had the worst service this morning. The attending staff provided horrible service starting with not answering my question straight forward regarding how long it would take for my order to be made (I had a flight to catch). She kept saying "not long," when I asked for more specifics. She refused to come to my end of the bar to take my order. She just yelled at me from afar. Then she asked me to come to the register to pay (when there was an option to bring my bill). Lastly, when my order was up, she told me to get it out of the window. She had such a nasty disposition, however, when the next customer came in, she greeted him and told him about options. He sat in the exact seat I was in before getting up to pay. I left zero tip. She was so rude and unreasonable!

Super Fun. Great Staff. Good Vibes. We stopped in Charleston Beer Works for a Sunday NFL game and had a great visit. The staff was friendly and helpful with craft beer selections. The bar had 50 taps for mostly local Charleston area craft beers and a few craft seltzers which was superb. The two floor and patio bar was bright, nicely decorated, and in a great downtown location. Next Charleston visit we will certainly stop in again.

Typical sports bar atmosphere with many pours on tap and a patio out back. Bartender was nice and efficient. Wings were pretty good, very crispy and not abnormally sized ha. Teriyaki flavor was sweet and lemon pepper was salty. "Tacos Mexcellente" were two tacos - shaved ribeye, seared tuna, or chicken) with mango habanero, citrus cream, peach pico, & sesame seeds. I ordered shaved ribeye, but the texture was more like tender ground beef and pretty greasy. There was grease/liquid dripping with each bite. The tortilla was good, appeared to be a little toasted. In my opinion, the taco just has too much going on. It was hard to focus on one flavor (if that makes sense lol). The bartender recommended this year or two an hour or chicken so maybe I'll actually listen and try that next time.

everything about this place was low-key mid. The vibes were mid. I can see this place to be enjoyable if there is a football game or basketball game on while you have a beer in your hand, but that's it. The service was nice though.

A super casual place with an enormous selection of craft beer on tap. The printed menu is more up to date than Untappd, which is weird sinc either should be the other way around if you are a verified venue but otherwise, flights of 5oz pours made me happy. SARAH'S DUMPWINGS - buffalo style dumplings from our friends @sarah'sdumps. tossed in any of our buffalo sauces were a fun dish. Though their super hot sauce wasn't that crazy. The FRIGGIN' HUGE LOCAL PRETZEL - saffrron bakery soft baked pretzel twist served with beer cheese queso and beer mustard was good too. Service was good, but the place is small enough where if you need something from the bar it might be easier to just jump up and get it rather than waiting.

Great wings, cold beer, big selection. Maury provided fantastic service. For a buddy's golf trip to Kiawah, was a fantastic start to our evening in Charleston. Maury may not be the father, but you can refer to him as Wing Daddy when you visit.

We were in town and wanted a drink or two after dinner. We came in and happily joined their bingo night. It was a lot of fun! Good beers of course.

Sungazer hazy IPA is the bomb. Sports bar so know that going in. Wings, beer, TV if that's what you're looking for, no problem.

It was easy & we loved our lunches! I chose the double smash burger which was so delicious and filling! Loved it! Hubs chose the Cobb chicken salad and he loved it! Ate every bite & reports that the chicken was fried perfectly without too many clumps or batter lumps. We would absolutely come back for brunch items! Cool things: the bathroom wallpaper was epic, outside they have a water cooler with cups for self help access & a dog bowl for those who bring their pups. Loved that!

A group of about 8 of us went out for drinks Saturday (5/2/26). We were having a great time (respectful, quiet, not causing a problem). Last call hit at 1:30 so we decided one more drink before we went our ways home. 10 mins later we're were asked to leave the courtyard and head inside - not a problem. We will finish our drinks inside. 5 minutes after that, we were asked to take our last sips and leave. 15 mins before the posted closing time. Again, we weren't causing a problem, weren't loud, weren't disruptive. This was a group of 8, most of us well into our 40s (or older). But they were telling all guests to leave at 1:45a?? Just after we bought drinks? The posted hours say they close at 2a. Not 1:45a. Most of us left half finished drinks. The large bouncer was nice enough, the tiny one in a hoodie with glasses was totally unprofessional. So beware. The Blind Tiger has what it takes to remain a Charleston institution. Their staff, might ruin that chance.

The inside of the cafe is very cozy and perfect for doing school work and some work from home stuff. The pastries were delicious as well and the drinks were the best part. What I liked best was that the owners seemed very supportive of the staff and very engaging towards everyone that was there. I was overwhelmed and yet felt connected at once. We met about a half dozen people within 5 minutes. . The atmosphere was exciting and joyful. Like a reunion for the first time. We were invited to sit at the table with lamp warmers. Right next to Nanda's Pizza spot. I saw pizza in my near future. I took a moment to look around and see everything around us.
