I didn't want to be up-sold or have to look around the store unless I wanted to, but that wasn't my experience at all. Booked a Sunday 90 minute massage and Andrea was fantastic. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely stop by again. Andrea listened to what I requested, and provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience; highly recommend her! This is one of my favorite places to get a massage, they have great masseuses and usually some really good weekly or monthly specials. Affordable massage? Uhm yeah, who doesnt want that?? They have about 5 rooms they use for massages, some are better and more nicely decorated than others. I always ask for the room in the back, simply because its farther away from the salon part of the spa. I find it hard to relax and zone out during a massage when all you hear is the whirring of hair dryers and stylists talking way too loud. I have also had the couples massage here, and it is also good to ask for the back room, for the same reason as a single massage. Sometime they will tell you its a tight fit for 2 tables back there, but they can do it if you explain why. They are very accommodating. You can also ask if you can bring in your own wine to have before or after the massage. A lot of times if you tell them its a special occassion (birthday, anniversary) they will get a bottle for you and some nice little chocolates or something to nibble on in the kitchen/relaxation room. Very nice touch. :) Nail services here are great. I love getting a pedi here. They only have 2 pedi chairs, and most pedis last 30 -45 mins, depending on which one you get. They only have OPI nail polish (always a plus in my book). Manicurist are very nice, great selection of mags there to read, no TV, which is fine, its supposed to be a relaxing experience. Unfortunately they dont have a lot of pedi specials. So most of them run about $40 and up. Hair services here are really good. I have yet to hear from someone in the last 10 years that hasnt liked their stylist. Prices are affordable, and fair. Stylists (the one i go to anyway) is great about answering all my questions about any given random hair product I have decided I needed. And she has also helped me with color suggestions and different cuts. They offer waxing and plenty of other add-ons to different services, they also offer bridal and little girls spa day specials. Lots of different packages you can choose from as well. Lobby has some great looking jewelry you can purchase and other different odds and ends i.e.- purses, wallets, wine glasses etc. Definitely recommend trying out some of the services here.

This policy is especially difficult for out-of-town visitors on vacation and for new moms like me. I also called to explain our situation, and the woman at the front desk was very rude and showed no understanding or compassion. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but a little kindness and flexibility in situations like this would go a long way. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking here, especially if there's any chance your plans could unexpectedly change.
