The same person had approved it before not even 10 minutes before hand. The lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing and a huge inconvenience for the attendees. I have never been turned away over this bag. I've attended 100s of concerts and this has never been a problem. I don't recommend this venue due to the staff.

Still couldn't be bothered, still radiating that "you should feel privileged to be served by us" energy. Cool-people-club, not a bar that wants customers. Visit 3 (brunch): I almost didn't come back, but I gave it the third shot. Nearly empty with maybe five people in the place. We asked for waters. Ignored. Asked again, and got told to grab them ourselves from the corner, where the glasses had been handled by random patrons and one literally had a chip/hole in it. Three visits, three reminders that service here is treated as a chore rather than the actual job. I'll happily spend my money where service means service (I think...) not where the simplest request is met with an eye-roll.
