Although we live in Summerville, and have had our fair share of visits to Charleston, the charter absolutely the best way to view the Charleston coastline and its historic landmarks. Our captain, Chris, was fantastic--knowledgeable, friendly, and an all-around great host. He made sure we were comfortable and gave us an insightful tour of the area. We sailed past the Battery, and the iconic Ravenel Bridge, all while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. Chris pointed out interesting tidbits about Charleston's history, architecture, and maritime culture that added an extra layer of depth to the experience. This was our first weekend in Charleston and we had no idea of what we wanted from our charter. Chris was incredibly friendly and treated us to an amazing afternoon on his boat. Book this Charter! We had. Group of 6 for an all-day charter. Christian our boat captain was fantastic! He was waiting for our group when we showed up at the dock. They provided ice and some sodas for our group and we brought the food. We were able to go anywhere on the boat we wanted to and Christian also took us to a beautiful beach at sunset. Chris is an amazing captain with and amazing boat and wonderful knowledge of the Charleston waterways. We started off with getting picked up at our hotel where Chris had arranged a nice thing of snacks and water. We then tried to fish in the Atlantic but the water got very rough so we went back into the harbor. Didn't catch much but it was still fun. Then headed out on an "adventure" to a sandbar and light house. After that we went to Kiawah and hung out. Then headed back and had dinner at the Charleston Crab House (yum!). Such a great day. I highly recommend Chris and his boat. You will love it!!! read more
