Once Ginger took over our listing, we noticed changes, almost immediately. The online pictures were much better and had very detailed and well written descriptions with them. She had many other ideas along the way that helped our home feel more inviting to buyers and provide them with information to make our house stand out in their search. Ginger was a very good negotiator, which is very important, but equally important, she is very personable. Ginger also represented us in buying our new home, a foreclosurer. Fast forward- after submitting to them all necessary docs, a week goes by without any communication or update...so I text their loan assistant, Stephanie for update and unfortunately no reply. All I'm simply requesting is an update and better communication regarding our loan status. It's been a couple weeks and couple weekends but still haven't received a pre-qual letter. I've reached out to other brokers since and they were surprised that it was taking so long for a letter. The only communication was over a week ago when Stephanie confirmed - based on the submitted docs, everything looked good and we'd qualify for the loan amount we were seeking. So where is our update if that's the case?! This experience thus far has been nothing but frustrating and will most likely pass on yelp's assistance other than locating a good meal.

My contractor for my bathroom renovation was delayed and David held the piece of Marble for me for a couple of months with a small deposit. That was the only good thing about my experience. When he arrived at my home I asked him to wear a mask. He gave me attitude but did it. Then the initial cuts were done improperly so he had to return a few days later. Not a big deal. When he returned I asked him to wear a mask again and he said he would leave if I asked him to wear a mask as he can't do it while he was working. I told him that I was sorry it was so hard for him but that I am not willing to risk mine and my family's health for marble. He finally agreed and did the install. The job is terrible...cuts not straight, areas not glued correctly, chips in the marble filled with an epoxy that has since turned orange. I told him that day that I didn't think it was right but he said that's the way it is supposed to look. I felt uncomfortable with him in my home so I asked him how much I owed him and he said he wanted cash. I told him I don't have cash and that I would write him a check. He reluctantly accepted it and left. The next day I sent him pictures and asked if he would please come and fix it. He said he was busy but would reach out when he was available. 6 days later I reach out to him and he agreed to come by. He arrives once again without a mask and I ask him to put one on and he flat out refuses. I told him I am uncomfortable with him being in my house without a mask and he told me that his chest hurt for 2 days after I made him wear the mask last time. He then says "Woman! I am in physical pain when I wear a mask and you don't care". I then asked him to leave my property. Between the incredible rudeness and terrible product I cannot recommend this company at all!
