I have never felt myself…read moremotivated to actually review my agent before, but Kyle Marshal did everything that could be asked for and the Landis Group has such a phenomenal process to keep you on track with closing that I had to leave a 5 star review. This is definitely a first class organization with a first class agent in Kyle. We had issues with the home we were purchasing (now we are happy owners of that home) and they handled it incredibly well.

After previously having difficulty selling our home, Ashton came in with a thoughtful, organized, and well-executed plan that immediately gave us confidence. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and strategic approach made all the difference in helping us successfully navigate a very challenging market. Ashton was consistently easy to communicate with, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or provide guidance when needed. Her calm, solution-oriented approach helped make what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and smooth. We truly appreciated Ashton's dedication, attention to detail, and expertise, and we highly recommend her and the Justin Landis Group to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

As a service provider, i have worked with DKRentals.net for years to care for the plumbing and…read moreelectrical needs of their clients. DK has always shown the utmost concern for making sure their property owners are covered when it comes to immediate, valuable and reliable service, while also making sure their tenants are comfortable and secure. They have demonstrated a sense of urgency when it comes to caring for their customers by always providing immediate responses with knowledgeable and clear direction for the service teams. After witnessing the level of commitment DK exhibits toward their property owners,, I would not hesitate to have them manage any property I owned. And if I were in the market to rend a home, I would easily go to them for a place.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. We hired them to rent our property…read more Based on my documented experience, here is what you can expect: * Contractual Dishonesty: They do not follow the terms of their own signed agreements. I even sent them an email referring each section of the contract that they broke and no response. * Financial Theft: They withheld $500 under the guise of a "repair fund" and refused to return it upon termination, "marketing costs" as an excuse to keep it. * Lack of Integrity: Issues began on day one and never ceased. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt since a Real estate agent had referred them. I have kept every email and document to prove their pattern of misconduct. Save yourself the headache and find a company that respects the law and its people. Even the real estate agent who referred me to them (whom I do not know personally but gave her the documentation) has removed them from her vendor list. I have reached out to the owner. Lets see if he reaches back out to me. Dont believe me. Go look at their Better Business Bureau profile. Wish I had looked there first. We have started legal action if we do not get our money back. UPDATED after their reply: if it were our mistake we would not have started legal proceedings!! Please look at YOUR contract and honor that you do not know how to conduct business!!

Supervisor Technician (Charles) is phenomenal and very informative. I had a couple of maintenance…read morerequests during my move in orientation and he handled them immediately by resolving it himself. The home is equipped with additional features like a resident app to control door locks, HVAC, maintenance requests, rent payments; very convenient. The rent includes Water, Trash, Sewer & Spectrum. I scored my experience 3 stars bc I am spammed with a survey request for every single thing possible. The move in process was simple but overwhelming with so many texts and emails. It was impossible to keep up. The home was inspected for cleanliness prior to my move in but had drink/ food splatters on the baseboards and walls from previous tenants. The paint job was incredibly sloppy and unprofessional. It is obvious that they hire cheap/unlicensed contractors to clean and paint.

DO NOT RENT!!! 738 Brighton Ln. Garland, TX 75043. You will be very disappointed. The home has…read morefoundation problems. The windows are so old, and the air seeps out every which way you can imagine. Winter months light bill maybe $150.00 due to poor house maintenance your light bill will be $600 in the summer months. The roof is falling, the fence is rotting and falling apart. There are cracks throughout the entire house. This leasing company is horrible. They take your money you can NEVER get a hold of anyone with authority. Every time you call you must speak to a call rep that barley speaks English. When it comes to repairs on the home, they send out 3rd party contractors to put bandages on major issues. Every single 3rd party contractor that came to the house stated that the leasing company "Invitation Homes," are cheap and my repairs are just that. The front bathroom is filled with mold. They take your money and the repairs are subpar at best. I have chosen to leave the home due to improper treatment as well as the decline of the home. They will just go in and paint and make it look pretty, only to scam another family to move into a home that has mold and foundation issues. They knew that the home has foundation issues and neglected the home as you can see where the walls are breaking apart with the mesh behind the paint. Again just proof of the subpar repairs. I would give this company no stars if I could as I feel like they are just a money hungry company and don't truly care about the tennants and the conditions they provide to live in. My story is just one of thousands of similar experiences: add-on fees, bogus charges levied against security deposits, poor living conditions, and no real recourse for renters. Even after losing a recent FTC class action lawsuit, this company continues its fraudulent practices, relying on renters being too busy or powerless to challenge them. Don't be fooled by their social media response- they'll "look into it" to save face on social media and then do nothing about it.
