I'll keep this very brief, a travesty! From the counter people who didn't give a damn to the food that was delivered to me unseasoned cold and dry? Oh and expensive!! $28 for a cheesesteak combo and six wings! I placed my order and my coworkers order very quickly. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Cheesesteak, I would it is probably my favorite item from here. For the regular side sandwich with a combo it will cost you about $10.99. The combo comes with fries and a drink. The orders were ready in about 5 minutes. They typically give out coupons with your visit as well, which I always use. But whoever chose to literally flood the dining area with grape scented air fresheners in a cheesesteak shop just seems to want to mess with customers. It's so strong, you can't even smell your own food over the air fresheners. And eating bold, savory foods don't pare well with sour scents. We made them combos for an additional $4.48 each. The original total was almost $33.00 after our coupon the total was $21.78. The fries were hot and crispy. Both sandwiches were delicious. The beverages were coke products. We asked for the Wi-Fi password to download the app and the employee told me he did not know it. Gross. For this being a cheesesteak place, the cheesesteak is disgusting. I got an old fashioned cheese steak and added green peppers with a side of of the bacon cheese fries. The sandwich had so much cheese sauce that the bun quite literally fell apart and was soggy. I figured maybe it's just ugly and tried eating it, I can honestly say this is the worst cheesesteak I've ever had. With the sandwich being such a let down, I unfortunately wasn't a fan of the fries either. The bacon they had topped my fries with was cold and bright pink. If this is the way it's supposed to be then I suggest running in the other direction. I came home and put my fries in the over and the bacon turned to a regular cooked bacon color, but it still didn't taste good. If I could give negative stars I would. 2nd time I've been to this location with my husband and kinda wish we didn't. When we first walked in tonight we noticed that the store was dirty with trash on the floor, dirty grill, and even a rag that was left near the grill... given it seemed they were pretty busy so we didn't mind too much. It wasn't until we waited 20 minutes for our order only for one of the employees to say we were in a rush we accidentally messed up your order is it okay that way, we said yes only cuz we had been waiting so long. A little while later we get home and realize they forgot 2 orders of fries, so we call them back to try and get a refund for the missing items, they agreed. As my husband and I were eating our meal we noticed something off about our wings... they still had feathers attached. So as one should I called back saying I wanted a FULL refund due to the lack of quality, cleanliness, and service. During the call I made a comment about checking the wings before sending out the order and was told how the product was received so there is no way there could be feathers nor is it about checking the wings before they go out... I actually really like this chain but unfortunately will not be on list of favorites.. hopefully this doesn't go for all stores. read more

Just wanna remind everyone this is a fast food restaurant. With that being said, this was my first time at this newer location and I am really happy with my experience. The interior has a great industrial/retro look. It is a small dining area though. The staff is what I enjoyed the most, very friendly and efficient. My sandwich was hot n fresh and the fries are awesome. Try the garlic Parmesan seasoning they have as condiment!!! The price is a little higher than I'd like, but it's not somewhere I eat often so once in a while I don't mind. Will be returning ! Hope this location lasts. read more

Let's see how long this store will be in business on Orange Blossom Trail. They could care less how corporate wants to show customers that they are appreciated.
