Although it's a little messy, it is one of those subs that it does not matter, the taste is worth the mess. Although this time around, we felt as if the staff was not happy to be there, as they did not greet us as we walk in. Which is something they usually do, that is why it was odd. Been coming to this place for a few years, it is hands down the best sandwich shop around. (Sorry publix subs). The store is impeccably clean, I have visited them at different times during the day and I have never walked in to find dirty tables or floors, it's crazy to me but it's super clean all the time and I love it! They slice everything meats and cheese to order, my go to is the club sub on rosemary parm bread. The mini size is substantial for me, the regular and the larger size I find way too much for myself but you can always save it for later. While they are seriously fast at moving the line I always call while I am on my way to pre order my sub and as soon as I get in I just go to the front of the line to pick up. read more

I was just in the store to order to go because app wasn't working properly. Greeted & addressed promptly. Then after app issue was resolved, the nice young lady began to take my order & just walked off mid way. The young man politely told me he would handle the toppings. Then I went to sit and wait. Realizing that I wasn't finished with my order. Then was yelled at by some lil girl and when I asked her to lower her voice & asked her name, she proceeded to scream at me & told me I could write it down. I was so upset I was shaking. Our lunch out turned into a nightmare. Then when I proceeded to pay and take my food to go, they informed me that the drink machine was down so I could get bottlers soda. I personally love the club sub with its ample portions of meat, cheese and veggies. Of course you want it "Mike's Way" to get the true experience! When planning meals for an out-of-town work meeting, I decided to let everyone choose a sandwich from Jersey Mike's for lunch on day 2. Since I was ordering 24 customized sandwiches, I called the day before with our list. The manager that took my order was very patient & thorough, and offered to label each sandwich with the name of the person who ordered it. He even slowly read back the entire list of sandwiches to me, including each name with their chosen toppings. Unfortunately, this was all moot. Picking up our order was super easy... The sandwiches were ready on-time, and separated by hot & cold into 2 large shopping bags. The cashier rang us up & then carried everything out to the car for us. He also gave us lots of extra mayo & mustard packets, AND a full sleeve of napkins. His excellent customer service is the only reason I'm giving this location a 2nd star... lunch went downhill from there. When we returned to our meeting room, and began handing out sandwiches, we quickly realized nearly all the sandwiches were incorrectly labeled. We then spent a great deal of time opening every single wrapper to determine what the sandwich was. But with many similar sandwiches, such as the seven Philly Cheesesteaks each ordered slightly differently (& hiding jalapeños), we still had two people that ended up with something they refused to eat. I had to place a to-go order at the adjacent full-service restaurant to try to keep them happy. The most frustrating part of this experience was disappointing the people for whom I'd organized lunch. We spent almost $200 on sandwiches that were actually very good, yet not enjoyed because most of our group ended up with a sandwich that was only close to, not exactly, what they'd ordered. And sadly, I probably won't ever again consider using any Jersey Mike's location for large group orders. read more

Not at all a pleasant experience for a simple to go order. My other half went in for two subs to go: a plain club (meat and cheese only) and an Italian. First off, I don't understand how difficult it is to understand that only meat and cheese includes bacon. I don't need your attitude, thanks. On the second sub, my fiancé wanted to substitute one of the hams for roast beef. Which we happen to do at several other locations. For the sub maker, you would've thought I had given him the most Herculean of tasks. I got an eye roll and this story about how it'll be $1.75 extra to do so (which I've never been charged extra for either, but whatever). So we said forget it, since its obviously too much work for you. If the first sub hadn't already been made we would've left. This is not jersey mikes quality. read more

It was my first time going here today. A friend was telling me about it and he made it sound amazing so I had to give it a try. I got the Big Kahuna without jalapeños because I'm not very good at handling spicy food haha but oh man, it was delicious! Worries me a bit being that the last sandwich franchise at this location did not last long. I had the Chipotle Cheese Steak which was very yummy. The tang from the Chipotle was a nice touch. In my moment of greed, I got the giant sized sub which I later regretted as I sat there with dieters remorse. I wasn't sure what to expect when I came in here but I left satisfied. My gf and I were craving Philly cheese steaks and we decided to check mikes out. They have different variations of cheesesteaks with certain toppings but you can add or remove what you want. There's also cold subs as well. The young man who took our order was extremely helpful and very friendly. For our order we got the regular mikes cheesesteak with onions, peppers and I added mushrooms on white bread. We chose the "giant" size which is roughly 15-17 inches and shared that. It came out in a minute, literally. Bread was surprisingly good, thick and soft which soaked up all the melted cheese and juices. Meat was basic, didn't expect anything else. Overall, it hit the spot. For example, the fact that Central Floridians vote for Subway for Best Sub in area newspapers makes me scratch my head. If you want a good sub, you go to Jersey Mike's. My favorites are the #11 (Stickball Special - ham, salami and provolone) and the #56 (Big Kahuna - steak, onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeno peppers and cheese). When you order, make sure you have it "Mike's Way." Their vinegar and oil blend is truly mouth-watering. Yum! I went in on a Friday to order for my husband wasn't 100% what he wanted but they really made it work and made me feel so comfortable even though I'm sure I was not making their job any easier. I ordered a chicken philly and it came up quickly. No problems and easy to get in and out of the location. Like a lot of restaurants in the Hunter's Creek area everything is in a strip mall. Parking can be a little crazy during peak dinner times, but I've never not found a spot. read more
