We ordered two chicken philly sandwiches. One with everything along with toppings minus mayo. The other with mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions and no cheese and no toppings. The former was okay but not enough to order again. The latter shouldn't have been served. Instead the cook should've started over. The meat was over cooked and the veggies were missing. As prices rise, this causes me not to eat out as often. I know it has to hit their bottom line in profit. I'm not sure how these businesses can raise their prices from 30-70% and expect us to continue to patronize their business. I just had surgery at the VA and hadn't had Charleys after a disappointing visit with another location a while back and I'm glad I stopped by the Fowler location. The store was clean and organized, the food was perfect, and the staff were great. I chatted with the owner Shady (Ironic name I know :) He was very polite and friendly and without me even mentioning the bad experience at another location he really went the extra mile to make sure my friend and I had a great experience. Knowing that I couldn't drink anything because of my surgery and that my throat was really sore he even gave me a free ice cream which helped a lot.
