Craving a Philly cheesesteak and decided to try this place out. We had it two ways, a traditional Philly cheesesteak and their cheesesteak egg rolls with seasoned fries. Both delicious. Packed with meat and tons of flavor. Also tried their sweet chili wings. They were perfectly crispy and sauced to perfection. Service was quick and easy for an online order and pickup. They are located in the Krate complex. I went around 415p on a Saturday and they weren't busy but I can only imagine how busy they may get during the evenings or events. I live in Riverview and my food held up well for my drive home to eat it. I'll definitely be back. I'm still thinking about those delicious egg rolls. read more

We went to this place to try it out I ordered a bacon cheesesteak and my wife ordered bacon chicken cheesesteak both were the 10" size and an order of French fries with 2 fountain drinks. After sitting down with our drinks, we looked over the receipt only to find that both subs were charged extra for the bacon that was supposed to be included. We immediately requested a refund which the person at the counter refunded our money immediately. While I commend him for his kind service. Saw the place because of the music blasting out the front door, although it was a bit loud.... They did turn it down when they saw me and I was ready to order. But turned it back up when done. Cheesesteak was okay everything was chopped up pretty fine, so couldn't tell there were onions, peppers and mushrooms in it.... Fries were good. While visiting family, I wanted to explore different food places around The Krate. First stop was Bebo's! Wings are always something I want to try when I'm traveling. The man who took our order was very nice. I got a six piece regular buffalo flavor and our wait time was around ten minutes. Seating is outdoors and it's especially nice on a good weather day. The wings were really good! They had a really nice crisp to them with the perfect amount of sauce and they are nice sized wings. They also serve cheese steak sandwiches. Stopped here on a recent visit to Krate as our friends wanted the cheese steak egg rolls. First of all, the menu is deceiving. It says $15.99 for eggrolls: 3 steak and 3 chicken, and fries. When in reality, you only get 3 steak OR 3 chicken. You can get the cheese steak sandwich and fries for way less that that. They also said it was mostly "egg roll" and not much steak. The only reason for 3 stars here is because their bacon cheese fries are amazing. I'd leave this one off the "return to" list. read more

I have a high bar for Philly Cheesesteaks and my taste buds say this was just ok. The meat was over-seasoned IMO and the roll was toasted extra crispy on top and the bottom was falling out soggy from the grease. They do give you a big helping- both the cheesesteak was packed and the amount of fries was wow! My daughter has now gone 3 times and has had her order messed up all three times. This visit she wanted lettuce on her cheesesteak and it was listed on the receipt but no lettuce on it- she went back inside and asked for a cup of lettuce. Wasn't in the mood for going too different and went for what I know. Not overwhelming impressed or upset. Restaurant is pretty clean when you walk in and the staff is very personable and friendly. I ordered the chipotle cheesesteak for a little kick as well as the buffalo wings strictly out of greed. Food was prepared to order and came out nice and hot. I ordered the chipotle chicken but received the incorrect order. Since there is not a dine in option, by the time I did get to eat; it was not worth the hassle and long wait time to correct it. I paid $20 for a medium "chipotle chicken" combo including fries and a beverage. I double checked my receipt and it indicated the chipotle chicken. Bebo's Cheesesteaks is an extremely serviceable. I took a trip to visit this spot at the KRATES. I ordered a Small Bacon Cheesesteak with Cheese fries. The order was served within 10 minutes. Although the venue was small, they have seats for you to wait. My meal came out to be around $17, which was expensive but expected for the area. The proportions were great and filled me up. They were NOT filled with steak meat!! Felt kinda scammed since the cheesesteaks were more like minced GROUND BEEF vs" actual steak" or chopped cheesesteaks as listed. Paid $29 for 2 steak subs and both mine and My hubs cheesesteak literally had the cheese thrown on top rather than melted between the meat. Everything felt cheaply made and no quality(even the cheap shredded lettuce was soggy and inconsistent) Overall, they were not up to our expectations. People have to understand that we're all from different states / regions where "cheesesteaks" and "chopped cheese" are made differently, everywhere! Look, I'm from Philadelphia. If you visit Pats and Genos, they're made with Cheese-Whiz and us Philly residents don't frequent there. We call them "tourists" cheesesteaks tbh. Tonight, I pulled up - Monday night. It was dead outside. 8:20P and we're awaiting high winds and storm... although they closed at 9pm, they were cleaning and preparing to close, griddle off, and only serving onion rings and fries. I spoke to Bebos mom outside, had a great long conversation. The gentlemen mopping stopped, turned everything on, and said because I was his customer, he would make me two cheesesteaks exactly how I wanted them. And he did. Even added the ketchup and mayo, on top, which isn't typical, but it didn't bother me. It's going into the same stomach plus it was cool to dip my fries in. Walked in last Thursday, service was quick and staff was friendly. The restaurant looked good and newly remodeled, kitchen area looked clean. The philly I ordered was cooked perfect. Meat was tender and flavorful and the cheese was melted on perfectly. Fries were cooked crisp and crunchy and salted perfectly. The coke dispenser is on par with McDonald's. Ordering was a breeze online however, I came in on a busy night (R&B night at the Krate in Westley Chapel) and the owner, I had a SERIOUS & STANK ATTITUDE! He was yelling at us, the customers and his antics was uncalled for. He had the nerves to tell the lady in front of me who was letting him know that his mannerism & customer service was poor that, "he didn't need her business because he got that far without her and that she wasn't nothing to him". So many people turned and walked away. He went as far to say, "that if you don't want to wait then you can go somewhere else" and a lot of people did just that. Orders were taking a 30 - 45 minute to come out and longer even online orders. A lot of us tried but couldn't cancel our online orders and he wasn't willing to issue any refunds. I waited 50 fucking minutes then went to the counter to check status. Because he wasn't going in numerical order and he couldn't find my ticket and had to key it in and then had the nerve to tell me it will be up in 10 minutes. I love love love this place but was shocked to see the cookies that came in my order today. The fact that they packed these up and sent them to us was ridiculous.
