But when you place an order online, and arrive 30 minutes after your expected completion time, you expect to be quickly serviced. That's the purpose of an online order. I waited for an additional 48 minutes for my order to be completed AFTER showing up for retrieval. The younger gentleman behind the counter, who I presume was the manager, did try and rally his team but to a paltry response. No urgency from the rest of the staff. No care. maybe he can get hired at a more appropriate location where his talents don't go unobserved. All in all, food was okay, albeit EXTREMELY late. Will not revisit this location nor will I recommend it to others. I was there Friday 3/17 around 11pm.
