We discovered that you order inside and food is actually cooked in a food truck off to the side and then your name is called for pick up. Beside the food truck is another small cooking shed for donuts! We decided to share fish and chips and an order of poutine. This was our first time having true Canadian poutine and we were so excited to have the experience. Theirs comes with thick cut fries, cheese curds and gravy. The gravy was light and flavorful and taking a bite of a fry, with a curd and dipped in the gravy was one of the best highlights of our trip! Their fries are perfect with a crunchy outer and soft tender and not greasy inside. The fish and chips were excellent...we chose Halibut and it was cooked to perfection as well with a light outer crunch and tender, juicy fish inside. I loved their tarter sauce and the slaw that comes on the side was lightly dressed and crunchy. Wife also ordered some of the donuts, which we wish were served hotter but they were good.
