As…read moretime went on it got worse and worse - Very respectful people (for the most part). - they did fix my door that they messed up as well as the ding i put in it Cons - Every time my car went to get fixed it came out with another problem. (its still broken Auto start stop needs to be serviced) - They will try to blame you for anything that happens to the car while in their possession (dings on doors, clutch not working correctly) - As per sales manager they have a lack of man power - As per a employee on the sales side service technicians will pull cars onto one of their lifts and pop some plastic covers off of the engine to make sure they get the work and no one else can take the work. i would assume this is the reason behind long wait times. - Will call you a liar if they do not agree with you (never apologized after they checked the cameras and saw it happened at their dealership) I don't usually write reviews, but after my recent experience with this service center, I feel it's important to share what happened. I brought my car in on September 10th for a recall on the clutch pressure plate. What should have been a simple recall turned into almost 90 days without my vehicle, and the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. When I finally got the car back for the 1st time on October 9th, I immediately noticed a new issue: the clutch pedal would stick to the floor and only return after a delay. ( no issue with auto start stop at this point) This problem did not exist before the recall work--both my wife and I drove the car regularly, and we never had any issues with the clutch prior to dropping it off. Despite this, I was quoted nearly $1,100 for the repair (the final cost was just under $1,000). Being charged for a problem that showed up only after their work was extremely frustrating. There was also new damage on my door. I pointed it out and clearly explained that I already knew about the original ding and wasn't blaming them for that. Despite this, the service advisor insisted it was all the same damage. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. They did eventually fix the dent, but the way the situation was handled added to the overall frustration. To make things worse, I later found out that my car was actually ready on November 14th, yet no one contacted me. I only discovered it was finished on December 2nd, when I called them myself. When I brought up the delays and the clutch issue, I was told by both the service advisor and service manager that "there's nothing they can do" because I had agreed to pay. That agreement was made before the extended delays and before I knew the car would come back with a new problem (the auto start stop system needing to be serviced also not there before I dropped it off. when I 1st picked up the car it said that the battery needed to be charged after driving around for a little while the charging was done. Auto start stop is still not working correctly. The advisor also claimed the clutch issue was already present before I dropped it off, which simply isn't true based on my own experience -- and my wife's -- with the vehicle prior to the recall work. So after nearly three months without my car, I'm now out almost $1,000, and I received my vehicle back with a new issue (the auto start stop system needing to be serviced) it did not have before. This has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I've ever had, and based on what I went through, I do not recommend this service center.

There was a vehicle advertised online for sale at Big Spring Ford that was a great price and we…read morewere very interested in it. So we called to make sure that it was still in inventory and it was so we made an appointment to test drive it the following day in the morning at 10am. They were not busy at all and not exactly welcoming in the manner that usual car dealerships welcome customers. The building itself was extremely dated and dirty. It smelled old and like cigarette smoke. So as we sat down in one of the cubicles with a salesperson she attempted to get the truck we wanted but then came back empty handed with a gloomy face and told us that the vehicle had just been sold and is "under contract" from this morning... Hmmm wow it's been ages since I seen a "bait & switch" tactic they must think all people are gullible. The CarFax for this truck has been on the lot for over 90 days and just the one day we had an appointment it was sold to someone from Austin which sounds really odd because he put money on it over the phone... Sounds fishy right? Yeah we already knew we both wanted to walk out but we gave them a chance and guess what? We get told that they have a prettier model for sale but $7k over our budget. What a crock of bull. I was ready to go but my other half wanted to give them one more chance and we did test drive one that was a couple grand over our budget and it was nice but had exposed wires from a sound system and it was dirty and not showcase ready. So we asked if there were anymore and she said we don't have anything else unless you want a junker. Wow she was not in the mood to get paid. How ungrateful can you be when people are practically shoving money in your face and you just decline. No hands were shaken and she went back to bumming a cig from a client and went to smoke. By the way this business is NOT BBB accredited but they still have a sticker on their entrance door claiming they are. I see a file being claimed soon. So when you see an ad online from Big Spring Ford and it seems like a great deal... It's not. It's the good old bait and switch tactic. Go there if you dare. Just make sure on your first phone call that they aren't going to try and pull a fast one on you.
