Wash the bugs and mud off! Don't go here during the summer if you have bugs stuck to your vehicle. They're not getting them off and the wash won't do it. If you have a little mud, that's not coming off either. Normal dirty car with no bugs, they do a good job. read more

I've been to this location a few times and they always do a good job. The first time I went through they noticed it didn't get all the bugs off so they let me go back through. I opted to do the full detail and vacuum and it was worth every penny. They managed to get most of the dog hair out (because in my case there's no getting ALL the dog hair out). The staff is friendly and communicates well. Charlie's is my car wash spot. read more

I was really hoping this car wash would be better than ours in my hometown. Nope, car was still dirty when we were done driving through. Bugs still on car, basically just cleaned the dust off of it. They had two guys washing the front where the bugs were. Maybe they needed to scrub some more. We didn't ask to drive through again. Not sure how they would have handled it. 20$ just to wash the dust off is way over priced. read more

If I could give this location and the overall company code of ethics or caring about their customers a 0 star that would still be to many stars for them. Let us start with the GM Lindsey, one could describe her as smug with 0 give a damn about doing the right thing when her employees have not performed their jobs. My wife's car was damaged by a piece of equipment inside of the car wash when it got behind a part of her fender that stuck out less than a half of an inch. Upon reviewing the video and asking what each employee's job responsibility that saw my wife's car pull in. It was described to me that the employee that wands the cars down is responsible for spotting major DAMAGE. Two employees, via video evidence, both look at my wife's car and proceeded to let it enter where the bumper was severely damaged. So, after reviewing the video and not getting any kind of real help I called corporate thinking " surely they will have some kind of moral compass!" WRONG!!! Not only did I get " well unfortunately these happen and it's not our fault...." I got conflicting stories on what the employees responsibly are when bringing in a car. Knowingly allowing vehicle to enter your car wash with damage then standing there saying " oh well not our fault" is quite possibly the shadiest thing that a company can do, as well as management not knowing what their employees should be doing. I'd like to think that companies like Charlies will do better in the future but not going to hold my breath. Only thing I can tell people is before you go to Charlies make sure you do a full DOT inspection on your vehicle and protect yourself because they WILL NOT do the right thing, they will only CYA!! read more

Highly recommend you do NOT waste your time or money paying the additional $25 for interior. It's not worth the money. This is now my third time trying it. Busy mom could use the help! But quite honestly this is just a very good example of how the younger generation takes zero pride in their work and do just enough to get by. I will say everyone is nice but other than that, it's just not good. read more

Two times I've paid for the interior cleaned and both times the dash is still dusty after the supposed cleaning. Passenger seat still had dirt built up in the corners. I won't be returning, even for exterior wash. Save your time and money. read more

I remember when Charlie's Car Wash would get your car all the way clean. Wheels, tires, and everything and if it didn't, they would send it through again and make sure it was clean. Now they just make sure they get paid. So realistically it's fallen to a regular carwash with a few add on features that you have to pay for. Like the interior cleaning where they quickly and "not" thoroughly vacuum it and wipe it down. Probably my last visit to Charlie's today. We took two vehicles through and both were half a$$ed. But I paid full price, twice. I cancelled my membership awhile back because of an incident that happened and they found me at fault somehow. Even though my car was under the blowing heater for some time and the track not moving my car. Warmed the adhesive on a pice of trim and it peeled back. Sure my fault Any recommendations on a better car wash in the OKC area? Preferably one that's like what Charlie's used to be before it became a money grab. Our SUV had a stray dog in it for about 5 minutes and got muddy paw prints all over the seats. We paid an extra amt to clean the SUV carpet, which was wiped. The leather seats and center console were untouched and the paw prints remain. The dash was wiped down but no Armor All. It's not the first time we feel we've been shorted on the service. Charlie's is usually very solid. But today wasn't the case and I won't be going back. After I brought it to the gentleman attention that they didn't wipe the bottom of the driver side door, he said "well that is from the tire shine, I don't know what your want me to do". The lack of care at this Charlie's compared to the one in Warr Acres is completely different. Warr Acres cares and actually inspects your vehicle, as in Yukon they just shine a flash light on and off really quick to make it look like they are inspecting. I wouldn't recommend this Charlie's. Either go to Warr Acres Charlie's or even Okie Express just down the road has better customer service than this place. read more

Had my car washed/ vacuumed package for $39.00 on 10/31. After the wash, entered the service area for vacuuming and interior wipe down. First of all... vacuuming was piss poor still leaving loose particles around and the exterior wipe down was extremely piss poor as well, leaving numerous water spots and water runs everywhere. They did NOT even wipe down the front end of the vehicle. Upon them saying they were done... I brought up the poor vacuuming job, water spotting, and the front end and hood areas. They attempted to just do the front end with no success of removing the bugs, water spots. They didn't suggest another wash thru or vacuuming. Piss poor quality control of inspecting the completeness. I DEFINITELY WONT be using this YUKON Charlie's. The NW Expwy is definitely ALOT better. I expected to get what I paid for!!! I hate to give a bad review without checking other carwashes in Yukon but I am not new to carwashes so here we go. I have always driven a black truck and I have never had white residue left behind like this carwash has left. I have had my current truck since March 2021 and at the same time I got a subscription to this carwash so I have used it quite a bit. The water spots, drips, and puddles of mineral residue are very difficult to remove. Everywhere they don't wipe off or you don't wipe off leaves major white deposits. I have brought this to their attention more than once with zero communication back from them. Their hand drying and other add-ons do almost nothing so don't even bother with the time and extra charge (aside from wheel shine). The vacuums are good and the compressed air is pretty handy. Overall, I would not at all recommend you wash your car here especially if it is a dark color. The carwash also broke off my antenna and they want me to drive to a dealership on NW Hwy for them to look at it, then get the part, and have me drive back over there again for the repair, wack. read more
