Horrible place. Horrendously rude customer service and ripoff artists. I signed up for a membership in Yukon 15th St. Barcode on sticker didn't scan. Have been back twice both times was told my account was assigned to no one. Chatted with customer service. Same outcome. Waiting for someone from "tier2" to get back to me. Called headquarters and left a message. I demand a refund and cancellation of my membership. Horrible! They used to rinse the vehicle off before entering the automatic wash, now they just spray the bug off stuff and don't rinse that or anything off. Scratched the hood and down the sides of my vehicle. Made a claim and had to come back several days later to meet with the manager, she was not helpful at all then proceeded to keep running her fingers all over the hood which by then had a little dust, even after telling her that was scratching the paint, and by running her fingers in the dust was actually scratching my hood more. Couple weeks later my daughter, who didn't know about our experience went thru and when I came home and saw her car there was a film all over her hood and drivers side which was not there when I left my house 30 min before, because they spray the bug off stuff but do not rinse it off prior to entering automatic car wash. Still have not contacted me since our meeting with the manager nor do I think they plan to pay for the damage or change what they are doing. Definitely will not be going there again! read more

I hand dry my car each time I get it washed and wash it more than once a week. After washing it a few weeks ago, I noticed small tiny chips in my paint on all sides and 2 scratches. I reported these, pictures were taken and they said they would report it to corporate. I got a call the next week and they said they pulled the cameras and somehow saw the tiny chips as I was pulling in and were therefore not going to pay for it to be repaired because it was prior damage. If I didn't wash it so much I could almost believe them, but I know it was fresh from the wash. read more

Newish carwash in Yukon. It's automated, with a manual rinse at the beginning. Not sure there is much of a difference in the levels - other than the price. They have a wash club that allows for multiple washes a month. The vacuum station is great. Powerful machines. Overall, not a bad wash. read more

Would give this place zero stars if possible. I signed up for there car wash membership and then decided I didn't want it anymore. I cancelled through email and ended up getting billed again. I tried calling but nobody ever answers or returns phone calls. Anyways, I decided to wash my car because I was billed after canceling it, so why not. I have had an account with them for quite some time now absolutely love them when we first signed up it seems the last 6 months have gone downhill . Doesn't matter which location we go to the computer seems to always be down and not want to read my sticker to the point I had four different stickers at one time because they would give me a new one every time we went . If they pull the money out of my account on July 27th we go in August 18th to get a car wash and they tell us I have to pay $9.99 just to get the wash already in line and people behind us we go ahead and pay according to the receipt it says we will be charged our account on the 18th from now on for auto withdrawal . Get up on the 26th to find that they had pulled out 2599 from my account so I call One location never did get an answer reach out to another location the gentleman I talked to advise I needed to throw away all of the stickers I had with the exception of one and he advised me what the last four digits on that sticker would be I asked him if my account would now start being charged on the 18th versus the 26th and he stated yes I threw all those stickers away kept the one he told me to keep as well as the receipt from when I had to pay the $9.99 confirmed with him yet again before we hung up so my account will not be charged on the 26th to now it will be charged again on September 18th for the normal fee he said yes ma'am . Wake up on the 26th only to find that my account is charged for the $25.99 so I call and ask to speak to a manager I get the assistant manager he advised me my account is set up to pull out on the 26th I reiterated to him my conversation with the gentleman a couple of days before as well as the fact that my receipt I was given when I paid the $9.99 specifically says my account will now be charged September 18th this has caused a charge on my bank account that was not necessary as well as and overdraft fee of $15 considering I get paid once a month and am about 4 days away from Payday . This young man the assistant manager proceeds to tell me that he cannot refund my money nor can he cancel my membership until I talk to somebody from corporate office he gives me an email address as well as the phone number I have sent two emails and called and left two voicemails as well as just sent a Facebook message and have yet to receive a response from anybody I will be attempting to speak to somebody about getting my refund for the fee as well as my insufficient charge and canceling my account as well as telling anybody that I know not to use them if it is going to be this difficult . Car wash is absolutely terrible, the customer service is the worst and I tried calling them to cancel a membership and no one ever answers!

The customer service at this Okie Express absolutely sucks and they are taking over for what was the best car wash in Yukon, "The Tunnel Wash.". No microfiber towels to finish drying your car since their poor dryer definitely doesn't do the job. Everybody that works here looks like they absolutely hate it. All I can say is hopefully the same people will still be working at The Tunnel Wash. I'm still extremely disappointed they sold out to these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their tag reader is unreliable! When I had it not read twice, I asked for help and was left waiting! After a long wait, the attendant came out to tell me my tag had expired but it had not! So he told me I could have the wash anyway. I paid for service but they acted as if I were trying to steal a free wash! I changed to Charlie's Car wash! read more
