I opted to do the full detail and vacuum and it was worth every penny. They managed to get most of the dog hair out (because in my case there's no getting ALL the dog hair out). I purchased the $15. The wash cleaned my car really well with no spot residue. The best part though, was the free vacuum, a mini air compressor gun to get the dust out of the small areas like the air vents.
