The staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Another thing I like is that the older kids are pretty respectful of my child and watch where they are going. We have had some near misses when kids were a bit boisterous but they have always stopped to say sorry which means a lot to me.

At first the storefront can appear rather small, but upon entering you see it's a pretty nice size. First, there is a check in counter. The entire play area is walled for safety, and there is a shoe cubby at the front along with storage for personal items. There is a small store at the left with little tchotchkes for purchase as well. The staff is always friendly and checks us in promptly. The pricing is very reasonable per child ($17 for 2 hours) which makes this a regular activity for us. There is an initial large room that has items like a pirate ship climbing gym/slide, a bunch of different variations of sensory swings, and even a tiny toddler dress up area. One of my favorite parts is the kids sized zip line with crash pad. Both of my kids are proprioceptive sensory seekers so this is one of their favorite activities. As you pass the large room, there's a party room to your right you can book for birthdays and other events, and there is a quiet room to your left, that's blacklight-lit and full of cool glow in the dark/LED features. Then directly behind the large room, there is a hallway that runs parallel and connects the quiet room to the party room. The hallway features smaller toys and buildable toys, like choo choo trains and Legos. There's also a pinball machine and an arcade machine. I think the most important piece of this location is the motto on their wall that says this is the place you never have to be sorry. As a mom of two autistic kids, I usually feel I have to explain them/apologize for them when we go out. It feels so nice to have a brief reprieve from that and be able to see your kids truly enjoy themselves exactly in the way that they are. It's a place of acceptance too - neurodivergent kids or not - all are welcome. I think what would make the place even better is if there was a way to pay a little extra to extend the play an extra hour.

Free except for games that require quarters - I think theres a change machine but not an ATM. Across the street is a nice playground, pretty empty. Good outing with a little under 5 or so. When I said no, she was not pleased. I don't leave my kids with many people, especially NOT strangers! I offered to let her see my license so she could have my address. I had every intention of returning, my kids wanted their projects. I ended up leaving a debit card there since I have 2 and went to get cash with the other. Admittedly when I returned I didn't say but 2 words to her. I was upset that my integrity had been questioned and she wanted to keep my kids. What mom would go out of her way to give her children an experience and then not return to pick up their work? This is one place we will not return to and will tell anyone we know to avoid.
