The food is very good and the family (and a few of Reese's friends). When you book a b-day party they serve very well. 5 stars.

This place was such a cool find! We came here to celebrate one of my kid's friend's birthdays and they all had such a blast. Perfect for all ages really, but our crew of ages 5+ loved it and we could've stayed much longer than we did. When we parked we didn't expect this place to be so big but it's absolutely massive. They have a full bar, a restaurant space, the arcade area, axe throwing lanes, and even party rooms. It's huge! There's a tonnnn of games to choose from. Modern day ones, old arcade machines, claw machines, you name it! My son who is the gamer of the family was in heaven here. We ended up grabbing a couple drinks from the bar and it was so cool! They have fun themed cocktails plus a you-pour-it tap wall. And they have a ROBOT BARTENDER! I got a drink made by the robot and it was pretty good albeit very sweet. I got the Princess Peach one. My husband used the you-pour-it wall for cider and they had awesome local selections. We ended up eating at the restaurant too and their menu is pretty extensive! We got a couple different types of pizzas and for an arcade, it was pretty dang solid. We got a chicken pesto pizza as well as a cheese pizza. The kids loved their cheese pizza (hard to mess that up) and we scarfed down the chicken pesto! Also, did I mention your food is also delivered by robots?! Such a fun touch for the kids! They also have tables with game consoles and tvs on the wall which is a great way to keep hungry kiddos distracted. Definitely suggest checking this spot out, with or without the kids! read more

It was a fun stroll through to kill an hour. Was busy but didn't feel too crowded. A number of games were broken and didn't have out of order signs. Most were fine though. Lots of pinball. You add money to a plastic playing card and then scan the readers at games you want to play. Just like the casino. Where you try to do the math in your head.. how much is 20 points costing me? We were excited to try out the robot bartender. It made us giggle, but mostly just a novelty. The robots make limited drinks, the drinks are pretty sugary, and a real person still finishes it off. So honestly, do it once for kicks, then switch back to the actual bartenders to get a drink you want. It's just kind of for show. Did not try the pizza or any food. read more

My boyfriend and I visited their Centralia location when we were coming up from Oregon but we didn't do much, just wanted to check it out cause it was on the way home. I saw that they do trivia and they had a Nintendo trivia for Mario Day! They had drink specials and special guests: Toad and Princess Peach to stop by and interact with guests throughout the trivia. We invited some friends and decided to check it out together as they've never been here either. We were able to find parking just fine as I know parking was a bit more difficult at their Centralia location. As we entered, it was clear where to go to get food and drinks were as well as where the arcade was. My friend and I stopped by the bathrooms and I could tell it was well maintained and stocked. There was plenty of seating and they even had school cafeteria tables with attached chairs which was nostalgic for me. The menu is pretty big for their drinks and food but they have quite the variety. From pastas, pizzas, smash burgers and other finger foods, it's a great way to enjoy some pretty decent food. I got the Breath of the Wild, my friend got their Shadowberry Sparkle, my boyfriend got their fishbowl mocktail, friends got mozzarella sticks and my boyfriend and I got their chicken bacon ranch pizza. The neat thing about coming in on a Tuesday is you get a $10 game card as it's their eat and play deal! The drinks and food arrived not long after being ordered which was perfect as they were pretty busy that day. They had a robot server named Wanda going around and delivering drinks and food, and I appreciate that for pizzas, they give you a little mitt to pick it up. The food was pretty decent but way too expensive. The drinks were refreshing and delightful. I've noticed that with a lot of trivia around Washington, the trivia hosts don't seem to know how to really do trivia properly. I know they were trying a new digital format but the host couldn't even pronounce names correctly or had the wrong answers. But they do have fun geeky trivia and we are interested in future ones, so hope it improves by then. The rest of the staff here were friendly, professional and efficient. read more

This place was super duper bright with neon lights, and it felt like stepping back into my childhood era. The best way that I can describe it is like a more upscale Chuck E. Cheese -- but for adults too. There is so much to do here: tons of arcade games, prizes, and even axe throwing, which is an add-on I have never seen at other arcade spots. They also have a small restaurant that serves typical bar-pub food. I did not get to try the food this time, but the prices looked pretty reasonable. I did try the 21+ bar, and that alone was such a fun experience. I ordered a fishbowl alcoholic beverage, and watching it get made by robotic arms was worth the visit by itself. It is not something that I am used to seeing, and it made the drink feel unique and memorable. The staff was incredibly welcoming. They really took the time to get to know customers -- where you ate from, what you like to drink, and why you atre visiting this location. I told them I wanted a cute, girly, sweet drink that would still get me a little tipsy, and the one that they recommended was perfect. It did exactly what it needed to do. I also love that they offer weekday specials like bingo night, ladies' night, and karaoke night. There ate great bonding activities and they help keep the cost pretty low with these deals. I only stayed for about 4 hours and mostly hung out at the bar, but I can imagine that playing the games would make the experience even better. A quick note: If you plan on doing axe throwing, there is a limit of two drinks that you can have before for safety precautions. There is a sign at the entrance that explains this, so just keep it in mind. There are a ton of photo-op spots too -- little Super Mario characters everywhere -- and even the bathrooms are super duper clean and extremely spacious. I was overwhelmed because they are even bigger than what I have seen in arenas or stadiums. The Mario stickers on the mirrors really tied in the whole arcade look. read more

What a fun arcade! I loved the themed things such as the cocktails, milkshakes, and decor all around. We just played the games and didn't have the food and there's also an option for axe throwing sessions. There are many options of games including pinball, racing, shooting, ticket games. Not too many rhythm game options. I loved the Flynn nook of old school games like Tron, Jaust, Donkey Kong, etc - some of those games were free to play! This is a great third space! A place where you can meet friends, family, your clubs, or small groups. They have massage chairs, axe throwing, arcades, a beer wall with tons of choices, karaoke on Wednesdays, and a huge menu with a robot waitress. Lately, I've been dropping by more often to beat my brother's score on one of the arcade games. If you're lucky, you can sometimes find a card game coupon on the back of an Albertson's store receipt. read more

Went for the first time right around opening on Sunday. Not super busy yet. This place is huge and has something for everyone. Axe throwing, arcade games, pinball machines, DDR, and prize games. We did see a few games down for maintenance/parts. To be expected at a place like that. Again, something for everyone. You can have birthday parties or work parties here too. We walked in and directly to the left is an ice cream place, and has a ton of specialty stuff like amazing looking delicious options and makes the whole place smell incredible! There's a desk area for any questions you have which is very helpful. Then there are a few electronic stations for new game cards, reloading and checking ticket balances and credits in the cards. Very easy. There was also another one of these machines in the gaming area but it was not working. The Bar, very impressive. They have a beer wall... a BEER WALL. They also have a robotic bar tender. The cocktail list is also very impressive. My only ONLY issue so far was the drinks. They are really expensive. We ordered x2 toxic waste drinks it was $32 they were very bland and very small. Not worth it in my opinion. Could just have been a bad drink, but for the price I expected to be blown away. That being said I ordered a fish bowl drink and that was flavorful and worth the price. I'll try not to be toooooo judgey when it comes to that. The food area, set up with small booths against the wall with TVs for gaming. And cafeteria style seating in the middle very good for large parties. Guys... the menu. There are SO many choices. Healthier options and fried yummies. Honestly I was shocked at how good the food was. Price was higher than I thought but good portions and above average taste. Also our food was delivered by a robot... top tier. Looks like they also have Ladies night, $10 game card with adult meal purchase night, karaoke night, trivia night. The vibe is awesome. I'd stay here all day, my husband would live here if he could. 4/5 stars just because I personally think they could grow more and I'm sure they will, this is a brand new location so I hope they continue to add more! The bathrooms are huge (and fun), I think I counted 3 party rooms, and the family friendly dining area is like a full size cafeteria. This location also has Mario Kart and Mortal Kombat. So happy. :D Staff were friendly if you initiated contact. By the end of the night the bartender knew my name. Wasn't a big fan of the burgers in Centralia so tried the pizza this time. It was OK. This place is awesome! Got stuck here while waiting for a car stereo install over at Car Toys and man, not much better place to waste a couple hours than Insert Coin! What an amazing arcade and space! Reminds me a lot of the epic arcades I grew up going to. Insert Coin is gigantic with several different parts to it. I was the first and only person there this afternoon and had it all to myself. I was stunned how many games and things to do there were. From retro arcade games you could play for free to the latest greatest games. My first 20 minutes in the arcade was just walking around taking in all of the games and choices. I was really impressed with the decor and atmosphere of this place. I'm not much of a gamer but even I was impressed and energized by the design of this place and how they cram cool stuff into every inch of space here. The people here really give their all to try to make a unique and cool experience for their patrons and I really felt that. I loved the restaurant! I was in the mood for a burger and had a fabulous one here! This restaurant has one of my favorite things I've ever seen. Each table in the restaurant has a different retro video game console from NES, SNES and Playstation. I freakin' LOVED this idea and wondered why I've never seen this anywhere else. I killed a good two hours in the restaurant eating my burger and playing Playstation games from my childhood. So cool! Such a good idea! This restaurant is also the first time I've ever had a robot waiter before. The waiter came up to my table playing the Super Mario Bros. theme and then told me how much it loved me after dropping off my food. I could not stop laughing at how awesome this robot was. They had a huge bar with an impressive wall of beer taps. They also had an ice cream parlor and I think there were even some parts to this place I've never seen. I was impressed with how much Insert Coin is trying to engage with the community with painting classes, trivia night, karaoke and all sorts of neat events. This place seems like a real positive for the local community. All in all, probably the best possible place I could have killed a couple hours and I felt super lucky and thankful Insert Coin was there for me today. My first visit was on a Saturday night, oh my goodness! I think the whole town was there! I had to circle the parking lot three times to find a place to park! Once inside it was wall to wall people! Definitely, the place to be for those 12 and up! The equivalent of the roller rink of my childhood! lol.... So many games to play! Food options! I tried the pizza, it was good. Not pizzeria good , though. I had Canadian bacon and pineapple. They have a fully stocked bar that has robots to mix your drinks Axe throwing, pinball, and and and!!! Check it out! The arcade is very bland, and rather monetized, most games are pure cash grab and the rewards that you do win are appalling. There are dozens of games, some better than others, and the price for playing is overall reasonable. Had the BEST surprise during my layover--a massage right in the airport, and wow, what a game changer. The pressure was absolutely perfect (not too light, not too intense--just exactly what I needed after a long flight), and the therapist, Brandon was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Such a fun place to experience! When you first walk in there is a merchandise store with cool game-related merch items for sale, and a Photo Booth. Toward a right hallway leads you to the food hall where each table has a game console to play while you wait for your food, or in between bites. You order food on your phone with a QR code or at the counter, and a cute robot brings you your food. Their sliders are delicious! I was shocked, and honestly expecting mid-level food since I assumed it was focused on the games. The sliders are worth ordering, and the mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers were fried to crispy perfection. They also have alcoholic drinks, and fun mocktails. The arcade area is down the hall outside the food area. There are so many games, new and old school! The pinball machines lined up against one wall gives a pleasing level of nostalgia. Make your way to the back for axe throwing, too! This place has it all. My friend and I spent several hours eating, gaming, and hanging out while having a blast. It's a perfect place for a night out with friends or family, and for parties and celebrations. The place is filled with so many arcade games and amenities. Something for everyone. It was clean, easy to navigate. And overall a fun experience. An excellent place to bring your family, a group of friends, or by yourself for some fun. It's ideal for all ages. There is a bar inside, self pour drafts charged via weight. I did not partake this time. The design is superior, so many murals, vintage and retro game pieces and such an immersive experience. At a lot of the booths in dining area you can play retro games while you wait for ur food via console and tv at the tables. I can't begin to explain how much attention to detail was taken into consideration when designing this masterpiece of an attraction. read more

This is the 2nd BD party I've been to there. The atmosphere is awesome!! The staff are great. Sadly today the food area was VERY short staffed. The two girls working the counter busted their asses as did the cooks and worked hard! I do not hold them accountable for not getting my food. They were very understaffed! After 45 mins I cancled my sandwich (chicken wrap) they were very appoligtic. Again not their fault. When they brought me my food I said no no I canceled my order. She said you did but they made it and it's yours!! It was so delicious ONE of the biggest complaints with the over all place would be.... I do not believe they should allow the alcohol out in the gaming area and out of the bar. Yes I'm a drinker, but boy what an easy way to serve minors w/o you even knowing you are. Awesome, large facility for your birthday parties or just to hang around with your friends. I showed up with my adult friends for karaoke, so I didn't get a chance to throw axes or play video games, but that's for another day. The DJ did a good job of managing requests and the different parties were patient, waiting their turns, and very supportive of each other as you should expect at karaoke. Would've liked it if the room was a little dimmer like you see at most karaoke places, but it was fine. We tried the fried platter sampler which had mozzarella sticks, Mac and cheese triangles, onion rings, jalapeño bombers, and chicken tenders and it was just enough for our party nor five (we all had had dinner beforehand, so we didn't need to fill up). I like the different pumps of catsup, mustard, mayo, bbq sauce, and honey mustard so you don't have to ask. That also had a sanitizer station at each entrance to the dining area. Each booth has an old school type game player, like an Atari 2600 at our booth, an NES, a Super NES, etc, so pick the right booth with the platform you want. We didn't enjoy too many of the amenities, but I might come back for Star Wars trivia night and will definitely return for more karaoke. read more

Minus the food, this place is incredible! A friend and I went there this week for their free bingo night that they host every other Monday. It was my first time there and I was thoroughly shocked at how enormous their location is. It appears to have taken over three of the original business spaces. In addition to its size, the amount of things they have within their facility is really cool. They have a bar, ice cream shop, restaurant, ax, throwing among a vast assortment of arcade games. Playing bingo there was lots of fun. The host was great, the tables even offer free console video gameplay while dining there. I even won the blackout round! When we first arrived, we scoped out the whole facility to see what all they offered. While walking past one of the tables, we saw what was left of someone's very sad looking meal and it gave us a little bit of reservation as we were planning on eating dinner there. Unfortunately, the food is just not good. I got the buffalo chicken salad and was a bit bummed that it came with baked chicken instead of pieces of chicken tenders. All of the ingredients were minced up so finally that it was impossible to eat. My friend got a buffalo chicken wrap that was fairly lackluster as well. It's definitely better than Chuck E. Cheese but has lots of room for improvement if they want to rake in the dough for the restaurant portion of their facility. I think it's cool they're trying to embrace technology with the robotic food runners, but I just don't see the point. The staff seemed to be twiddling their thumbs. I saw one staff member trying to wrangle the robot into a different direction like she was potty training a puppy. No one comes back to your table and checks if you need anything and you can't ask for anything you may have originally forgotten when the food is delivered. This was on a night that the restaurant was nearly filled with people playing bingo and eating. I just think it takes away from the dining experience instead of adds to it. I saw a lot of half empty plates on the tables when we left so I don't think their food is admired by most. I'm excited to come back sometime and play some games with my kids! read more

May as well have been buying from the airport with the prices they charge for mediocre grub. I really hate how they have a tip line at the register and yet a literal robot brings out your food. Arcades are a rarity these days. In highschool I went to arcades/game rooms everywhere. In malls, movie theaters, skating rinks, Godfather's Pizza. A place with a cover charge where all machines accept nickels instead of quarters... good times... Now, we got GameWorks, Dorkys, Insert Coin, Round One, Dave & Busters, and a few others scattered around. We went here on New Years Eve. Most of the games are ticket based, theres a decent amount of claw machines, and then the "regular" arcade games, the racing games, shooters, etc... We werent there for the tickets, but the ticket games we played were pretty fun. The food was ok. Not great, but not low quality. The bar, however has a decent selection. A beer wall, a robotic drink maker (I didnt see it function, tho), and plenty of spirits. My drink is bourbon/rye/whiskey. They had Booker's, Little Book, Catoctin Creek, High West, E.H. Taylor... my critique would be, hav a spirits menu, or light up the wall a bit. No sense in having top shelf booze if no one knows. They have axe throwing, but we weren't interested... I will say, it is super easy to spend a lot. So, there's that. At midnight, they sprayed some champagne in the dining area, which was fun. I'd rate it a little better than Seattle's GameWorks. Bigger than Tacoma's Dorkys. More adult focused than D&B and R1. (Though, no billiards, or bowling) Will probably return in the future read more

After spending at least $300 there over 6x visit-the last 2x, well 3x was the worst customer service from Patrick I have ever seen in my 70 young years. 1. Pizza Issue in restaurant-ordered $20 pizza. Accidentally, I put down wrong table number. B13, instead of D13. I guess it confused the Robot & instead of asking a few tables whose pizza's it was-& not that many customers-they just tossed it-unbeknown to us. After about 40 minutes, the person with me went to check if there was an issue. A very nice employee tild us the above, but said,no worries. We have you covered. On the house. We thanked her kindly & thought how nice. Great customer service, right. And we hadn't expected that-so very nice gesture. We get our pizza, we ate our pizza & then we go up to see about the bill-to make sure all is good. The manager of Insert Coin is not pretty much berating the gal. In front of everyone-told her in no uncertain terms-can she make that decision. Now we are back at our booth-Patrick is telling us in no uncertain terms, even though there are 2 mistakes here. One, we put the wrong booth number and Two, why didn't someone ask - we were sitting right there the whole time. $20 is not a big amount. I can afford it-but that wasn't the point. We were nice, as a last resort & in good faith-would he consider splitting the bill. Patrick was stern and very controling in his manner-seems like he is an angry person all around. His answer was No. Absolutely NO. We were shocked. At that point we said okay and the person with me in just as serious a voice, said ok, go away, we didn't want to talk to Patrick anymore. That was it. He told us we had to leave. What?? So Patrick can be rude and controling, terrible customer service if an issue. A very fixable issue and given how much we were spending at the place & looking forward to more visits,otherwise such a cool place. We did pay full price for our pizza. This place is great! The staff were helpful and the food was good. My daughter had ice cream and said it was delicious. The games are fun and the air hockey is awesome! They have all the old school machines(skee ball) and a whole bunch of new ones. It get a lil crowded on the weekends, but there is still a lot to do.
