This business has been under new management for the past few years so the previous negative comments and reviews should be disregarded, since they are no longer relevant since Lee has been here. Lee is always timely, gets the work done, and is an honest businessman. The prices for the services provided are very reasonable for the quality of work they do. Trust me when I tell you that I've been to multiple other dry cleaners that don't always get the jobs done, prices are completely outrageous, and/or ruin my clothes before I settled on this establishment. I have never been disappointed in the final result of their work whether it is dry cleaning services or alteration services. I can always count on Lee and his wife, who does the alterations, to make sure everything comes back to me perfectly. I have brought in clothing articles, bedding, and curtains that all were returned back to me in pristine condition. When my daughter went to wear one of the shirts, she said it smelled like it had not been cleaned. I called Circle Cleaners immediately and the woman I spoke to admitted she did not have time to clean them. Yet I was charged the $14.00. What kind of service is that??? The woman said she would refund my money but when I went in 2 days later, the woman and a man both refused to refund my money. I want to let people know that this dry cleaners is the worst. Not only did they not clean my clothes, they admitted they didn't and still charged me, and then refused to refund my money. I am reporting them to the BBB. The woman proceeded to chase me out of her store, tried to open my car door multiple times (luckily I locked it), and pounded on my window all while screaming at me. I decided to give this place another shot and made a phone call today and asked a simple question. The lady (who must have been the same one) was BEYOND rude and ignorant and I will never patronize this business and I will be sure to let everyone know. Ocean City is a seasonal town, you would think you would be kind, especially in the off season.
