They located the tank, dug it up, pumped it, and checked it out for me, all for the exact price I was quoted on the phone when I booked the appointment. I had heard horror stories of other companies that quote you one price and then keep tossing in additional fees and upsells along the way. I was so happy to see that this was not the case with Greenway Waste Solutions. I couldn't be happier and will most definitely be sticking with them for any and all septic needs in the future! Earlier I was told by one of those same companies that it would cost around 5-6k. I was nearly swindled by these companies that say guys who get it done fast are not to be trusted; I was advised to wait 4-6 months for them to find time for me. Greenway waste solutions got back to me with their quote and I was more than impressed! THEY HAVE THEIR OWN PLUMBER! They saved me time and money while gaining my trust. Never work with a company that charges you per inch to dig. Never work with anyone who says they "don't serve your area" because let me tell you...they have been run out of the surrounding counties for scamming people. The first thing they say should not be "10K but we have financing - 12 months same as cash." They are seriously out here scamming people but the people who work at greenway are honest, hardworking people. They installed my brand new septic tank with risers for easy access within 3 weeks. Stopped by ahead of time to see the site, READ THE PAPERWORK I SUBMITTED, showed up on time, and finished the install the same day. I had the same contact throughout the entire job. I had actually called a couple of other companies before I reached out to All Pro Enviro. The other companies quoted a higher rate and couldn't add me to the schedule until a week out...even a company that advertised "next day service" said they didn't have availability until 10 days out. That didn't sound like "next day" to me. But anyway, on the scheduled pump-out day with All Pro Enviro, Chris arrived and was very professional and respectful, asking where he would be able to drag his hose so that he wasn't encroaching on the neighbor's lawn. Once he started pumping, he brought me back over so that I could get a look at what was going on down in the tank. He also showed me where there was a consistent drip that was occurring, and he gave me some advice on what to do. He was so cool. After I thanked him he said to me "I just try to help people...I love what I do". Now that was a first! I've had this grinder pump cleaned out a number of times over the past 2 years and NEVER have I come across someone with such a great attitude about what they were doing. I tried plunging it and all of a sudden sewage started backing up into the shower, it was absolutely atrocious. My grandfather needs a high level of care. He has to have nurse aids and is barely mobile. I was desperate to get the problem fixed. I couldn't leave his home knowing that nobody could flush the toilet! Every place I called was completely backed up because of the holiday. Apparently when you use a lot of extra water and there's been a lot of rain, it really puts the pressure on your septic system. I brought in a family friend who is the son of a plumber and he was certain it was the septic tank that was too full. After calling every place I could, nobody was able to make it out before I had to fly back home. To make matters worse, it was the weekend! Because of the holiday all of the truck tanks were full and the waste disposal was closed, so they couldn't be emptied. I was at the airport when I received a second call back from All Pro Enviro. They had originally told me they couldn't come for a few days. I had explained my desperation about the situation our first conversation. The gentleman I spoke with knew it was a really big deal because of my grandfather's health. He went above and beyond and did not charge extra and took care of the problem.
