We used Clearwater the last time we had to have our septic system pumped so when it came time to do it again I called and set up an appointment. Just 1 hour before the appointment the owner texted and said his truck had broken down and he was not going to be able make it. I texted him back and ask him when he was coming to do the job and he never responded back and that has been 10 days ago now. You own a septic system company and you only have the one truck that can do the pumping?? So when it's out of service do you do to other customers what you did to me and just say you're not coming to do the job then quit responding?? How companies stay in business treating customers like this I will never understand. That kind of sorry assed customer service only makes people angry and causes them to find a septic company that will show up and do the job as I did (Rays Well And Septic) and causes your company to lose money which you don't seem to care about or if you did you would not treat customers this way.

I had actually called a couple of other companies before I reached out to All Pro Enviro. The other companies quoted a higher rate and couldn't add me to the schedule until a week out...even a company that advertised "next day service" said they didn't have availability until 10 days out. That didn't sound like "next day" to me. But anyway, on the scheduled pump-out day with All Pro Enviro, Chris arrived and was very professional and respectful, asking where he would be able to drag his hose so that he wasn't encroaching on the neighbor's lawn. Once he started pumping, he brought me back over so that I could get a look at what was going on down in the tank. He also showed me where there was a consistent drip that was occurring, and he gave me some advice on what to do. He was so cool. After I thanked him he said to me "I just try to help people...I love what I do". Now that was a first! I've had this grinder pump cleaned out a number of times over the past 2 years and NEVER have I come across someone with such a great attitude about what they were doing. Leaving this review is one of the easiest things that I've had to do in a while. I tried plunging it and all of a sudden sewage started backing up into the shower, it was absolutely atrocious. My grandfather needs a high level of care. He has to have nurse aids and is barely mobile. I was desperate to get the problem fixed. I couldn't leave his home knowing that nobody could flush the toilet! Every place I called was completely backed up because of the holiday. Apparently when you use a lot of extra water and there's been a lot of rain, it really puts the pressure on your septic system. I brought in a family friend who is the son of a plumber and he was certain it was the septic tank that was too full. After calling every place I could, nobody was able to make it out before I had to fly back home. To make matters worse, it was the weekend! Because of the holiday all of the truck tanks were full and the waste disposal was closed, so they couldn't be emptied. I was at the airport when I received a second call back from All Pro Enviro. They had originally told me they couldn't come for a few days. I had explained my desperation about the situation our first conversation. The gentleman I spoke with knew it was a really big deal because of my grandfather's health. He went above and beyond and did not charge extra and took care of the problem. He sent me pictures of the before and after. He did a great job and a great favor to us. These are the kind of folks who deserve your business!

I can't speak to anyone else's experience, as this review is all my personal experience and opinion…read moreonly, as I know not everyone will have the same experience and I also know there are some solid techs at this company (I have personally dealth with them), but unfortunately I had a nightmare experience with mutiple bad apples in my opinion, and it unfortunately resulted in the end of my storied relationship with a plumber that I thought would be the last one I would ever need, but as they say if something seems too good to be true it usually is... I thought I had found a plumber for life, but my personal experience with Option One ended up with me feeling as though they exhibited failed ownership in addressing an issue caused by errors from their techs, lack of accountability with regard to said issue and becoming confrontational and argumentative when the issue was brought to their attention. Long story short, I had a plumbing blockage that resulted in my front yard needing to be dug up and new pipes being installed in the yard. Upon completion of the job, I experienced flooding in my yard and requested Option One to come out and address the issue. They tried to claim it was an irrigation issue not their problem, but after getting another Option One tech and a plumber from another company to come out, it was confirmed (via photos) that the flooding was due to Option One failing to connect the piping correctly. Instead of taking ownership and accountability for the issue, I was met with defensiveness, along with the above stated lack of ownership and accountability. At one point in the process I even had to ask one of the techs to leave my property because he had such a dismissive unprofessional attitude. I could go on and on but I have already wasted so much time on dealing with this issue that it isn't worth any more of my time. At the end of the day, I found another company to correct the failed work done by Option One and this company apologized on behalf of Option One, as this company felt bad that I had to go through such an ordeal, given that the plumbing industry is already viewed in a negative light by many, right up there with mechanics, car salesmen and attorneys by some. You can read my past reviews to see how much I praised this company in the past, which is why I was so disappointed by what in my personal option was a complete lack of accountability and ownership by multiple individuals across the Option One company. After giving this company multiple five star reviews over the years, I cannot recommend them to anyone anymore as the trust they gained over the years was lost in an instant and based on my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone moving forward like I have done in the past.
