Can we report to the BBB??? STAY AWAY!!! I don't think I've ever had a review I wish I could zero stars to. I heard great things about this business years ago but clearly they have gone downhill. Both of my older nieces had their ears pierced and my sister had zero issues. That clearly has changed. First I booked this appointment on 10/3 for 10/18. I selected the 10am time slot. On the website, you have to select a time along with the day, even though the rules state that the time is not accurate. I'm not sure why they have time selection when they only promise the date not the exact time or even a time window. They should just have a date. You have to pay in full and prices are not cheap. I actually selected my mother's address in Philly because it was extra to have them come to the suburbs. That made sense for a business who travels. I went a week and a half before I noticed that my payment on my credit card dropped off. There's no option to contact them, but to use a little survey box on their website with your email address and message. I messaged them inquiring about my appointment because I saw that the payment was canceled on their website and my bank never processed it. I never heard back from them directly but the next day I did receive an email confirming my appointment and I saw that they had charged my credit card. Fast forward to the night before my scheduled appointment. I received a text from an anonymous number around 2 AM stating that my window for my appointment was actually 12 PM to 4 PM. The text message said that is when the nurse would be in the area of the address that I put in for the appointment. That annoyed me because even though I've read the rules, I still thought that because I selected the first appointment on that day, the window for my appointment would be earlier. I knew I just had a feeling that something was gonna go wrong but I was at my mom's house well in advance of 12 PM. The text message the night before it said that I would be sent a separate text message with an ETA during the 12 PM to 4 PM window. Around 345, I texted the number that had texted me the night before and said that I never received an ETA despite it being 15 minutes before 4PM. I received a response less than 10 minutes later stating that they apologize and will reach out to the nurse who was supposed to be servicing my appointment. That took another 20-ish minutes. I got a response that the nurse had car trouble and was waiting on AAA. I'm not following why the nurse would not reach out to me directly to tell me that she was delayed or wouldn't be able to make it. Why did I have to reach out because I had not heard anything for my ETA? Why is no one monitoring? I received a text that Offered me an appointment for the next day with no timeframe or anything just that there would be a nurse available tomorrow. Honestly, I still would not have moved forward with the appointment but why not clearly State my appointment time or that I would have the very first appointment tomorrow there was no urgency to accommodate a customer who was unsatisfied and who had been disappointed. Also a customer that had to reach out to the business first. I promptly asked for a refund ASAP. I should have read all of the review reviews on yelp before booking this appointment. I just had heard the rave reviews from my sister but I never considered how much older my nieces were and how fast businesses can go downhill. Please stay away! read more

Gosh- as an avid helper, I'm not sure why I didn't check here first. Shame on me! I had an appointment today and was EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism with this company. Per their website- they stated that they will send an email/message on the day of the appointment to narrow down their arrival time so we could prepare for the appointment. This was a big deal for our daughter who is the last of her friends to get her ears pierced. We had a 10-11am appointment- the time came and went, we did not hear a peep from anyone until I reached out to them. The number on the site was disconnected. I then had to reach out via the text field on the square one booking site. An automated text message was sent to me, soon someone confirmed that a nurse would be in my area in the afternoon. Several more messages through this field got me the direct contact of the nurse. Long story short- she was supposed to be at our house before 3pm and never showed or replied to several text messages. I messaged them for a refund and have yet to hear back. I can not recommend this company whatsoever. I'm more upset that they let down our daughter down who has been waiting years to finally get earrings. This should have been a smooth transaction and the highlight of her weekend but alas it turned out to be a big disappointment. I understand that things happen and traffic in the city can be brutal however some consideration and communication to waiting clients would have gone a long way and quell ill feelings. They don't deserve any stars! This is a scam and sham of a company! I was supposed to have a booked and PAID for appointment on 02-05-24, it was rescheduled due to being overbooked to Saturday 02-08-24. The appt time was between 1-4p, but no communication ever came through until I texted 3x (the method of communication set-up by the company). I was told the appt was confirmed and someone would reach out with an ETA. 3:45p comes and NOTHING! I then receive a message from a number with no name, out of state saying they were 45mins away. One hour later, nothing!! I call the number and a woman answers who does not sound like she is in a car telling me she will be to me now in another 35mins maybe due to traffic. 35mins comes and goes AFTER the original 45mins and now no one answers the phone or texts back. 30 minutes after this, I get a message saying she somehow forgot all her equipment and I need to cancel. Why would I be cancelling? BUT, see their policy states if you cancel, you get no refund so she tried to mark me as a cancellation. I wish I read the reviews on Yelp sooner that showed that this has happened to SEVERAL people and they NEVER got their money back, no services, no responses, no nothing. This place came as a recommendation from someone who used them 3yrs ago. The reviews show they have just been taking people's money since at least 2022! Do not be me, scroll past this place and don't look back! I can't believe I didn't look at reviews first, that is so unlike me but never EVER again. read more

It's taken me almost a week to gather my thoughts because I was in such disbelief of how they were so inconsiderate of my time and how unresponsive they were. communication was piss poor. My appointment was requested for 12:30, they provided a time window of 12-2 but no one showed up until after 4. I tried calling the number listed on the confirmation email, texting the number on their website and even emailing them. I received one email stating they would check on the status of the nurse and when I asked for updates over the course of those 2 extra hours there was no response. It costs nothing to have great customer service but it can cost everything to have poor customer service. I expected better for the amount they charge. Our zip code wasn't listed but neighboring towns (like within 3 miles of us) were listed so I called to ask if they would do it. Whoever I spoke with said it was fine but they would charge me the max, and to go ahead and make an appointment online. That was fine with me so I made the appointment and received the confirmation. Here I am, day of appointment, received no phone call/text from anyone prior. I called their number with no answer.
