My wife's wedding band became too tight, and Marty compassionately walked her through the entire process of getting her wedding band resized! Marty encouraged her to wait until the swelling went down on her finger before he resized her ring, and he patiently and promptly answered her text messages for weeks, where she would send him new pictures of her swollen finger, and Marty patiently advised her on how long he thought she should wait before he thought her finger was ready for her ring to be resized. When the swelling finally went down on her finger, Marty and his team did a PERFECT job promptly resizing her ring at a very fair price! Now, her wedding band looks as good as new and it fits perfectly! Everyone we met at this store was so kind and personable, and wiling to help!
