My wife took my car here to get an oil change yesterday, later in the afternoon front drive tire is damage and flat, now these are brand new tires, I took my car to pep boys they said my tire "had outside shoulder damage non-reparable, needs to be replaced" my warranty covered $60 and I had to pay out of pocket another they $98.48 to have the tire replaced. I went to Charlie's trying hoping they would honor what they did, the manager was rude kept yelling at me, and assure me they would not honor this, he said many ppl come in here saying we damage this and that to their car, and we had enough of that shit" I said seriously you are the manager, cut story short I took my car for an oil change that I payed $50 for, and in return they messed up my tire, I tell you is it fair that as I client I had to pay for a tire they messed up. read more

I love going to Charly's Tires! The one off Grapefruit and 1st street. Everyone there is very friendly and fast, and speak Spanish. I recommend too if you on a budget or want used "new" tires. Stay away from this scumbag. I went to buy 2 used tires. The next day my low tire pressure monitor came on. So I added air to my tire. After days after that i noticed it was again. So now I'm kinda questioning if they sold me a bad tire. So I figured next chance I get I will take it in. I take it in on the 8th day after I bought it. The tech says to me, I doubt the owner will want to change it. " but you guys sold me a defective tire I just want to exchange it". So he comes back and said the owner said he can change it for $10. What? I said let me speak to the owner He comes out and said "all used tires have no warranty." I said that's fine. But you sold me a defective tire. His response? "Once you leave the shop it's not my problem" I told him look man I waited a couple of days because I didn't want to be those customers that complain right away for no reason. I was Giving it time to see if maybe it just lost air because of the weather change He said "well that's your problem". You waited too long and I will lose money. So we went back and forth. To make this story short. He charged me $10. I told him I will no longer come here you have bad customer service. He said "he said I don't want customers like you, you make me lose money." What kind of business owner acts like that? I left. I went to El Valle automotive to get tires for the rear. They do have good customer service. Charlys tire lost $$ for being a douchebag. I dropped my car off before an out of town trip and had some of my belongings in the back seat. When the car was returned I noticed my makeup bag had been stolen. If I could give no stars I would!! This place was SO rude to me!! I'd been traveling from AZ with my husband on a Sunday and became stranded with our trailer full of stuff,2 separate flat tires. I called this shop and asked if they'd repair my tires, they said yes but that they closes 20m from when I called. My god unfortunately routed me two ways that were dead ends so I ended up getting there at 2 mins before they closed. The 4 guys I was speaking to find me they were closed and couldn't help me!! I begged them as I didn't feel I had anymore options, they still refused unless I had cash!! Uhm, I don't carry cash like a lot of people. When I asked them where I could go they shrugged and said they don't know and walked away and closed their doors!! I'm stunned at this insensitive treatment!! Never never go there! I fortunately found Firestone not too far from there that was open another hour past this shop. Go there! read more

The employees here don't listen I had gone on a Monday and had asked for new tires and got used ones I was in a hurry to get home cuz my son was sick got home put my car in the garage had a doctor's appointment next day at 815 and had to miss the appointment cuz the tire was flat when I went back there the person in charge said it was my fault don't recommend this place never going back read more
